A Word from Geof

Dear Friend,

I hope you were encouraged as you read how the Lord is using your support to place His Word in the hands of our troops, young people, Parsee Muslims, Chinese, and many others.

I was especially touched by Zhao’s story in article 3 – and here’s why…

Zhao lived next to a church, heard believers singing worship songs, had believers share the Gospel with her personally, and even experienced their selfless love as they served her during her husband’s illness.

And yet what led Zhao to commit her life to Christ was reading the Bible.

That’s why it’s so important for a person to have their own Bible. God’s Word changes lives! Hebrews 4:12 says:

“For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.” (NIV)

The Word of God has divine power to penetrate and transform people’s hearts and minds, and Zhao’s story testifies to that.

Please remember there’s a special opportunity right now to deliver 25,000 Bibles to people in rural China. If you can help by sending a gift today, your support would be a real answer to prayer.

Imagine how many more people like Zhao could be changed forever as they read God’s Word in their own language, and the reality of His love comes alive for them.

When you open your heart and open God’s Word, all things are possible.

Thank you for your partnership in helping open His living and active Word to millions of people around the world. I thank God for you.

All things possible,
