Employment Opportunities

By joining the Biblica team, you’ll have the opportunity to serve in a ministry that is advancing God’s Kingdom to the ends of the earth.

Our Mission

Our Mission is clear: to provide the Bible in accurate, contemporary translations and formats so that more people around the world will have the opportunity to be transformed by Jesus Christ.

Our Core Values

Generosity

We give all we can to achieve all God wants.

"A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed."

Proverbs 11:25 (NIV)

Impact-Driven

We passionately pursue what matters most.

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."

Matthew 28:19 (NIV)

Faithful

We relentlessly follow Christ.

"The works of his hands are faithful and just; all his precepts are trustworthy."

Psalm 111:7 (NIV)

Trailblazing

We break down barriers to the Bible.

"For he himself is our peace, who has made the two groups one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility."

Ephesians 2:14 (NIV)

It is normal for us to receive anywhere from 10 to 100 applicants for a single position, depending on the specialized nature of the position. So, patience is key as our team thoughtfully reviews each candidate. The total time from job posting to job offer is likely to take a minimum of 4-6 weeks. Two (2) weeks minimum where the job is posted, 1-2 weeks to conduct interviews, 1-2 weeks for a candidate to accept the position, complete necessary pre-hire paperwork, and successfully pass a background screening. We strive to honor all candidates and will do our best to keep you updated on where you are in the process.

No. Biblica is a global organization with employees located in varied places throughout the U.S. and in international locations. Additionally, we have adopted a Remote-First culture where our employees will have the opportunity to work remote from a location of their choosing if it does not impede their ability to do their job with excellence. In some locations, we have a facility that we lease or own for our staff to work at if they so choose.

Yes. These opportunities do exist but are not as abundant today as many may remember in the past. Our human resources department will post these opportunities on our employment landing page as they present themselves.

Biblica offers competitive benefits and compensation packages to its eligible employees to include but not limited to: holiday and paid-time (PTO) off, sick leave, retirement plan, etc. Our relationships with national medical insurance carriers allow us to provide employees with access to cost-effective, comprehensive group health coverage. Our compensation plans consider things such as medical, dental, and vision plans, flex spending accounts, health savings account programs, and basic term life and personal accident insurance. Benefits and compensation vary by employee’s exemption status and salary band. We realize benefits and compensation are often just as important as a company’s culture. Thus, we encourage job seekers to ask questions to ensure total compensation meets their needs.
