President & Chief Executive Officer
Geof Morin is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Biblica, The International Bible Society. He joined the Biblica team in August 2018 following an extensive career of exploring new avenues to reach people with the message of the Bible. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Ministry Mobilization at American Bible Society. In this role, Geof gave leadership the organization’s global ministry strategies, including translation, trauma healing and domestic Bible advocacy initiatives. He began his career with the global advertising firm Saatchi & Saatchi before turning his attention to ministry, through the completion of a Yale University masters degree, and launching and directing two nonprofits for at-risk youth. Morin later served as the director of marketing at Geneva Global, a leading philanthropic research and consulting firm. Geof and his wife Rachel are the parents of two daughters and are based in Colorado Springs.
Chief Ministry Officer
Stephen is Chief Ministry Officer at Biblica, overseeing the ministry’s global portfolio, and lives with his family just outside Belfast in Northern Ireland. He joined the team in 2011 as Area Executive Director for Europe and was appointed to this global role in 2015. Prior to Biblica, he served with the Evangelical Alliance UK for 10 years, serving first as Northern Ireland Director, then leading the UK Public Theology work, and also the Vice President for the European Evangelical Alliance. Previously, he had been senior pastor of a Baptist church in Ireland. His passion in ministry has always been to see people engage better with the Bible and understand it as God still speaking today, not just “way back then.”
He has degrees in Philosophy & Politics, and also in theology, as well as a post-graduate degree in education, all earned from Queen’s University Belfast. He is married to Nicola and they have 3 children; Ben, Maddi, and Levi. When he’s not travelling with Biblica he loves getting to the north coast of Ireland and playing golf!
Chief Advancement Officer
Tracy joined Biblica as Chief Advancement Officer in 2016 bringing over 15 years of non-profit fundraising and marketing experience. Having worked for organizations large and small, with local, national and international reach, Tracy brings a wide array of experience of working with generous families, building fundraising programs and implementing innovative marketing solutions. She comes with a passion to see ministry fundraising revolutionized for the changing giving environment.
Tracy previously held positions with The Latin School of Chicago, The Nature Conservancy, Bright Hope, and most recently, Dickerson, Bakker and Associates. She oversees fundraising programs, marketing and communications for the ministry.
Chief Financial Officer
Bob graduated from the University of Illinois, where he earned a BS in accounting. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1983. He spent two years with Capin & Crouse, and spent two years at Living Bible International in Wheaton, Illinois. Bob came to Biblica in 1994. He is responsible for ensuring that resources are handled wisely and strategically, to honor God’s Word and glorify Christ.
Global Ministry Team
Area Executive Director, South Asia
Aldrin has pursued field-specific missional courses with the University of the Nations in Asia, Africa & Europe and also holds a M.Th in Applied Theology from the University of Wales. He spent four years with Youth For Christ and another 23 years with Youth With a Mission before coming to Biblica.
His current role involves setting the vision and giving strategic direction to Biblica’s work across South Asia.
Area Executive Director, Latin America
Esteban holds a degree of licentiate in Theology conferred by the Faculty of Theological and Religious Studies of Casa sobre la Roca, along with an Honorary Doctor of Sacred Literature conferred by Logos Christian College and in Christian Counseling by Rhema University. Before coming to Biblica, he spent 12 years as president of Vida Publishers, the Spanish division of Zondervan.
As Area Executive Director of Latin America, Esteban is passionate in his efforts to advance Biblica’s mission, helping people throughout this region read, understand, and live God’s Word.
Area Executive Director, North America
Laura joined Biblica in 2017. Her career experience ranges from investment banking at JP Morgan Chase to leading the development team at Compassion International. Most recently, she served as VP-International Operations at Children’s HopeChest. Laura earned a BBA-Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Global Issues at the University of Denver.
Laura oversees Biblica’s strategic partnerships with North American-based ministries, assisting them with Bible engagement strategies and helping them achieve their respective missions, both globally and domestically.
Area Executive Director, Europe
Lindsey studied Natural Sciences at the University of Durham and did her post-grad work at Oxford University. Before coming to Biblica, she worked in the area of political advocacy and policy at the Evangelical Alliance in the UK.
Lindsey joined Biblica in 2012, in a project management role. She was appointed as Area Executive Director in October 2015. Her role involves leading Biblica’s Bible translation, access, distribution, and engagement work across Europe.
Area Executive Director, East Asia Pacific
Richard received his BBA from Harding University and his MBA from Abilene Christian University. He has been involved in Bible translation and distribution ministry since 1996.
He joined Biblica in 2004 and is recognized for building strong and enduring relationships with ministry partners, resulting in collaborative ministry projects in East Asia Pacific. As Area Executive Director of East Asia Pacific, Richard oversees and manages all translation, distribution and fundraising projects and activities in the area.
Area Executive Director, Africa
Lydia is currently pursuing her MBA in Strategic Management at Kenyatta University. She holds a Diploma in Management of NGOs from Kenya Institute of Management and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication major and Music minor from Daystar University. She has served as Regional Director for Biblica East Africa (11 years), National Director for Biblica Kenya (1 year), and Communication Manager for Biblica Kenya (9 years).
As Area Executive Director, she provides oversight of Biblica’s work in Africa and ensures that the mission of Biblica is advanced by working with ministry partners.
Area Executive Director, Middle East and North Africa
Biblica is committed to bringing the Bible to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region in a format that is easy to understand and faster to receive so its people can be transformed through Jesus Christ. Security can often be an issue for our brothers and sisters working in this region. As a result, the identity of the Area Executive Director is withheld.
Vice President, Global Translation
Hans serves as Biblica’s Vice President of Global Translation and, since 2013, Area Translation Director, East Asia Pacific. He was with Wycliffe Bible Translators and SIL in Malaysia from 1999-2015 as linguist-translator of the Kenyah Bible translation project and SIL Malaysia Director.
With more than fourteen years of cross-cultural experience serving local language communities, Hans brings a unique perspective and skillset to the organization. He is instrumental in Biblica’s work of providing God’s Word in accurate, contemporary translations and formats all around the world.
Vice President, Global Publishing
Koos Fouché joined Biblica in 2010 as Regional Director for Biblica Southern Africa. He took on the role of Vice President, Global Publishing in October 2015. Koos now oversees Bible publishing in all seven of Biblica’s global regions, working closely with the Vice President of Global Translations and the Area Executive Directors. Before joining Biblica, he worked at Lux Verbi, a South African Christian Publishing House. He holds degrees in Theology, Philosophy, and an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch. Koos lives with his wife in Cape Town, South Africa.
Vice President, Marketing & Digital Strategy
Mark Finzel joined Biblica in 2016. He currently oversees Biblica’s Marketing & Communications, as well as Digital Strategy and Information Technology. He works with Biblica’s global team to grow the Biblica brand, and to ensure that digital translation, access and engagement initiatives remain at the forefront of Biblica’s strategy. Mark brings a diverse business background to Biblica, including over 20 years of technology experience, and over 10 years of brand and marketing experience. He is a graduate of Biola University in La Mirada, California.
