Geof Morin

President / Chief Executive Officer

Geof Morin joined the Biblica team in August 2018 as President and CEO following an extensive career of exploring new avenues to reach people with the message of the Bible.

 

Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Ministry Mobilization at American Bible Society. In this role, Geof led the organization’s global ministry strategies, including translation, trauma healing, and domestic Bible advocacy initiatives. He began his career with the global advertising firm Saatchi & Saatchi before turning his attention to ministry, through the completion of a Yale University master’s degree, and launching and directing two nonprofits for at-risk youth. Morin later served as the director of marketing at Geneva Global, a leading philanthropic research and consulting firm.

Bruce joined Biblica in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. In a career spanning 25+ years of finance, risk management and audit both in the U.S. and the Middle East, Bruce has excelled within roles at Coopers & Lybrand, General Dynamics and Allianz Partners. Through these experiences, he has provided financial leadership for high growth teams. This step to serve with Biblica represents a clear calling to further leverage these strong marketplace skills—now for dedicated, kingdom purposes.

 

Bruce earned an undergraduate degree in accounting from Penn State and an MBA from George Washington University.

Chief Growth Officer

Jonathan serves as Chief Growth Officer at Biblica, where he leads Advancement and Marketing, stewards key NIV Bible relationships, and drives the organization’s strategy and integration efforts.

 

He began his career with Biblica in 2003 and spent 14 years in progressive leadership roles across planned giving, advancement, marketing, and operations. After earning his Executive MBA from the University of Colorado, he joined Dish Network in 2017, where he gained Fortune 200 experience and further developed his expertise in operational leadership, project management, and strategic planning.

 

Jonathan returned to Biblica in 2019 to lead translation, publishing, and legal/licensing functions. In 2021, he expanded his leadership to include Digital Innovation and joined the executive team as Senior Vice President of Translation, Publishing, and Digital Innovation.

Chief People Officer

Lavon joined Biblica in 2021 as Vice President of Global Human Resources and now serves as Chief People Officer, playing a key role on the Senior Leadership Team. Prior to joining Biblica, he served as the Director of Operations at The Classical Academy Charter School, one of the largest charter schools in Colorado. Lavon is also a licensed pastor, a licensed professional counselor, and a 24-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, culminating a distinguished career as Command Chief Master Sergeant at Schriever Air Force Base located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

God’s calling and Lavon’s passion for ministry led him to Biblica where he provides strategic direction and influence in the field of human resources, reinforcing a culture of leadership to positively affect Biblica’s mission and core values of generosity, impact, faithfulness, and trailblazing.

Lavon is a graduate of Colorado Christian University and holds a Bachelor’s in HR and a Master’s in Counseling.

Marius Brand

Chief Mobilization Officer

Marius joined Biblica in 2015, first as Regional Director for Southern Africa, then as Vice President of Global Programs, and now he serves as Chief Mobilization Officer. He oversees the global team that mobilizes Bible resources and programs through Biblica’s network of strategic partnerships, as well as impact measurement, new program development, and global publishing.

Marius is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church and a licensed Pastoral Therapist. He has four degrees, three in theology and one in business management. His career before joining Biblica included pastoring an inner-city church, a private pastoral therapy practice, serving as chaplain and counselor in hospitals, prisons, and hospices, and heading up the Theology faculty of a Christian, liberal arts college. He grew up in Zimbabwe, descended from a long line of missionaries and pastors, but now lives in Boulder, CO with his wife, and they have two sons in South Africa.

Mark Finzel serves as Chief Innovation Officer at Biblica, where he is driven by a deep passion to see Scripture translated, accessed, and experienced by people everywhere. At the intersection of technology, mission, and global partnership, Mark focuses on helping Biblica continually reimagine how digital tools can accelerate Bible translation and expand its reach in meaningful, life-changing ways. Mark oversees Biblica’s Digital Innovation and Global Translation teams. 
 
With more than 25 years of experience in technology and extensive experience in brand and marketing, Mark brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and creative problem-solving. He is especially energized by building things that matter—whether that’s pioneering new digital initiatives, empowering global partners, or helping teams discover innovative pathways for growth and impact.
 
At his core, Mark is motivated by the opportunity to use innovation not just for progress, but for purpose—seeing lives transformed through greater access to God’s Word around the world. A graduate of Biola University, Mark lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado with his wife and four children.

Enrique joined Biblica in 1999 and over the past 24 years he has worked closely with churches and ministries in Latin America, Brazil, and the Caribbean to distribute the Bible, implement programs and missionary projects in at risk communities and successfully train pastors and leaders. Prior to joining Biblica, Enrique started his career in 1990 with the United Bible Society in Ecuador, where he helped in the distribution of the Bible across Ecuador as the Director of distribution.

 

Enrique is an ordained minister and alongside his wonderful wife Elena, they led as pastors in Quito for 10 years. Enrique earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Advertising from the Universidad Tecnológica Equinoccial in Quito, Ecuador and has a Master’s in Theology from Logos University. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Theology at Logos University.

Gina VonEye

Vice President, Global Marketing

Gina VonEye joined Biblica in 2023 and serves as Vice President of Global Marketing. She oversees Global Marketing and Events, including mass fundraising, branding, alliance partnership marketing (IllumiNations/12VC and Close the Bible Gap), and the overall planning and execution of Biblica’s fundraising programs.
Gina leads multiple teams across Biblica collaborating closely with the Fundraising and Global Field teams to design marketing deliverables for all donor segments.Gina brings over 18 years of marketing experience across corporate and nonprofit sectors. She earned her undergraduate degree from Columbia College Chicago and holds advanced degrees in Marketing and Public Relations from Michigan State University. Gina lives in Tampa, Florida with her husband and two children.

Ioan Giosanu

Senior Director, Global Translation

Ioan began his career in Bible translation in 2000, initially working for Biblica as a Romanian-language translator. Over the years, he has served in multiple roles including Area Manager for Europe, before being appointed Senior Director of Global Translation in 2019. In this role, Ioan oversees Biblica’s worldwide translation projects, helping ensure that Scripture is accessible to people in every language.

 

Passionate about the transformative power of God’s Word, Ioan has dedicated more that 26 years to Bible translation and believes deeply in its eternal impact on people’s lives. He holds a degree in Pastoral Theology from Emanuel University in Oradea, Romania, which first inspired his calling to serve in Bible translation.

 

Ioan lives in Cheshire, UK, with his wife and three children, bringing extensive experience and a lifelong commitment to advancing Biblica’s mission.

LaReau Anderson

Senior Director, Global Partnerships

LaReau serves Biblica as Sr Director – Global Partnership, developing Bible strategies and partnerships with ministries that are reaching those in some of the most unreached and underserved areas of the world.  These ministry partnerships result in tremendous impact by providing God’s Word through Biblica’s Last Mile First initiatives. LaReau also serves on several global movements and boards that serve at-risk-children and church planting strategies.  LaReau resides in Colorado Springs with his wife Tamara and two daughters.

As Vice President, Lydia provides oversight of Biblica’s work in Africa and ensures that the mission of Biblica is advanced by working with ministry partners. Lydia moved into her current role in 2015 after serving in Biblica for 21 years in various capacities including Regional Director for East Africa, National Coordinator for Kenya, Administration Manager and Communication Coordinator. She is passionate about discipleship for Africa’s children and youth whom she sees as the hope of a transformed continent.

Lydia is married to Rev Jotham Munene, a Pastor with Christ is the Answer Ministries (CITAM).

Mark grew up in the deprived East End of London, where he saw first-hand the transformational power of God in the lives of many lost and people without hope. He is passionate about building strong teams and partnerships that change the lives of marginalized and vulnerable people, through breaking down barriers to God’s Word to introduce people to Jesus.

 

Mark joined Biblica in 2011 after leadership roles in publishing at Inter-Varsity Press, Authentic Media and Paternoster. His vision is to inspire Christians to use their God-given creativity to revolutionize the world for Jesus through sharing the Bible with those who have never encountered Jesus. Mark leads Biblica’s gifted teams working with partners in Europe, Central Asia, Middle East and North Africa.

Noeline Neumann

Senior Director, Global Publishing

Noeline Neumann is a seasoned publishing professional with more than three decades of experience in Christian publishing, resource development, and global ministry support. Coming from a long line of Christian publishers, she has dedicated her career to advancing Scripture engagement and discipleship through innovative and impactful resources.
 
She began her career over 30 years ago managing Scripture Union’s flagship bookstore in South Africa, where she developed a strong foundation in Christian retail and distribution. Her leadership abilities quickly led to her recruitment by Struik Christian Books to manage the Lifeway Christian Resources partnership. Within just six months, she was promoted to National Sales Manager, where she played a key role in overseeing relationships with 16 leading British and American publishers.
 
Her success in this role caught the attention of Lifeway Christian Resources in the United States, who invited her to join their team as South African Resource Consultant. Over five years, Noeline successfully established and grew Lifeway’s brand presence in South Africa, earning recognition as International Consultant of the Year as well as Distributor of the Year.
 
Noeline later joined Lux Verbi as National Sales Manager, where she expanded her expertise into product development. This passion led her to become a founding member of Christian Media Publishing (CMP), where she headed both the product development and editorial departments. During her time at CMP, she developed numerous children’s resources that remain in circulation today, reflecting her enduring commitment to engaging younger audiences with Scripture.
 
While at CMP, Noeline also began collaborating with Biblica as a project manager. She led the editorial team behind the development of the Treasure Hunt Bible and later created the Treasure Hunt Adventure Guide curriculum, both of which are contributing significantly to Bible engagement initiatives.
In October 2019, Noeline joined Biblica full-time to lead and further develop its Global Publishing department. In this role, she works closely with a dedicated international team to support Biblica’s mobilization efforts and global ministry partners. Most recently, she served as Managing Editor of the Biblica Study Bible, a major milestone in her career.
 
Throughout her journey, Noeline has remained deeply passionate about creating meaningful Christian resources, with a particular focus on discipleship and Bible engagement. 

Ted Draper​

Vice President, Principal Gifts​

Ted joined Biblica in 2021 and works with the Advancement Team, with a specific focus on investor relationships. Ted combines his passion for story-telling and relationship management to help investors understand the significance of their gifts.

 

Ted has worked in the faith-based non-profit world since 2008 in various leadership roles. Prior to working in non-profits, Ted held titles within marketing, communication, and sales for transportation, healthcare, and international companies. He received advanced degrees in Theology and Business as well as an undergraduate degree in Communications.

Ted happily calls Chattanooga home along with his wife and four children.

Global Vice President, Programs

The Global Vice President of Programs leads the development and implementation of Biblica’s Bible engagement programs, as well as overseeing all Mobilization efforts and strategic partnerships in the Asia Pacific region. Biblica is committed to bringing the Bible in a format that is easy to understand and faster to receive so its people can be transformed through Jesus Christ. Security can often be an issue for our brothers and sisters working in this region. As a result, the identity of our Global Vice President of Programs has been withheld.

Senior Director, Global Legal

The Senior Director, Global Legal (IP, Data Governance, and Commercial) leads Biblica’s International Rights & Permissions function, overseeing the organization’s global legal affairs. This includes managing licensing and permissions for Biblica’s extensive intellectual property portfolio, supporting partnership and commercial agreements, and advising leadership on legal and governance matters, as well as providing oversight on global data privacy and governance.
