The Lord Makes Israel Pure and “Clean”
1“At that time a fountain will be opened for the benefit of David’s family line. It will also bless the others who live in Jerusalem. It will wash away their sins. It will make them pure and ‘clean.’
2“On that day I will remove the names of other gods from the land. They will not even be remembered anymore,” announces the Lord who rules over all. “I will drive the evil prophets out of the land. I will get rid of the spirit that put lies in their mouths. 3Some people might still prophesy. But their own fathers and mothers will speak to them. They will tell them, ‘You must die. You have told lies in the Lord’s name.’ When they prophesy, their own parents will stab them.
4“At that time every prophet will be ashamed of the vision they see. They will no longer pretend to be a true prophet. They will not put on clothes that are made out of hair in order to trick people. 5In fact, each one will say, ‘I’m not really a prophet. I’m a farmer. I’ve farmed the land since I was young.’ 6Suppose someone asks, ‘What are these wounds on your body?’ Then they will answer, ‘I was given these wounds at the house of my friends.’
The Good Shepherd Is Killed and the Sheep Are Scattered
7“My sword, wake up! Attack my shepherd!
Attack the man who is close to me,”
announces the Lord who rules over all.
“Strike down the shepherd.
Then the sheep will be scattered.
And I will turn my hand against their little ones.
8Here is what will happen in the whole land,”
announces the Lord.
“Two-thirds of the people will be struck down and die.
But one-third will be left.
9I will put this third in the fire.
I will make them as pure as silver.
I will test them like gold.
They will call out to me.
And I will answer them.
I will say, ‘They are my people.’
And they will say, ‘The Lord is our God.’ ”

1-2Nagsiling ang Ginoo nga Makagagahom, “Sa sina nga adlaw, pagabuksan ang tuburan para sa mga kaliwat ni David kag sa mga pumuluyo sang Jerusalem, sa pagtinlo sa ila sa ila nga sala kag pagkahigko. Dulaon ko ang mga dios-dios13:1-2 mga dios-dios: sa literal, mga ngalan sang mga dios-dios. sa duta sang Israel kag indi na gid sila madumduman pa. Pahalinon ko sa Israel ang indi matuod nga mga propeta kag ang malaot nga mga espiritu nga nagagahom sa ila. 3Kag kon may ara pa nga magpakapropeta, ang iya amay kag iloy magpaandam sa iya nga dapat siya patyon, tungod kay nagasugid siya sang butig kag nagasiling pa siya nga ina halin sa Ginoo. Kon magpakapropeta pa siya, bun-on siya sang iya amay ukon iloy. 4Ina nga mga propeta mahuy-an sa ila ginasiling nga palanan-awon. Indi na sila magsuksok sang bayo sang propeta nga hinimo halin sa bulbol sang sapat agod magpangdaya 5kundi magasiling sila, ‘Indi ako propeta. Mangunguma ako, kag amo ini ang akon trabaho halin sang bata pa ako.13:5 kag… ako: Indi klaro ang buot silingon sang Hebreo sini.’ 6Kon may magpamangkot sa ila parte sa mga pilas13:6 pilas: Siguro ginahanot nila ang ila lawas sa ila nga pagsimba sa mga dios-dios. sa ila lawas, ang sabat nila, ‘Nakuha ko ini sa balay sang akon mga abyan.’ ”
Mapatay ang Manugbantay sang mga Karnero kag Magalapta ang Iya mga Karnero
7Nagsiling ang Ginoo nga Makagagahom, “Ipreparar ang espada! Patya ang akon manugbantay sang mga karnero,13:7 ang akon manugbantay sang mga karnero: siguro ang buot silingon, ang akon pinili nga pangulo. nga akon kabulig. Patya siya kag magaalaplaag ang mga karnero, ang akon kubos nga katawhan. Kag ini sila silutan ko. 8Mapatay ang duha sa tatlo ka bahin13:8 duha sa tatlo ka bahin: sa English, two-thirds. sang katawhan sang bug-os nga duta sang Israel. 9Ang ikatatlo nga bahin nga mabilin pagatinluan ko pareho sang pilak nga ginapapuraw sa kalayo. Kag tilawan ko sila pareho sang bulawan nga ginatilawan sa kalayo kon puro ukon indi. Magapangamuyo sila sa akon kag pamatian ko sila. Magasiling ako, ‘Sila ang akon katawhan,’ kag magasiling man sila, ‘Ang Ginoo ang amon Dios.’ ”
