1जब पतरस अऊ यूहन्ना मनखेमन ले गोठियावत रिहिन, त पुरोहित, अऊ मंदिर के रखवारमन के अधिकारी अऊ सदूकी मन ओमन करा आईन। 2ओमन बहुंते गुस्सा करिन, काबरकि पतरस अऊ यूहन्ना मनखेमन ला सिखोवत रिहिन अऊ यीसू के मरे म ले जी उठे के बारे म परचार करत रिहिन। 3ओमन पतरस अऊ यूहन्ना ला धरके दूसर दिन तक हवालात म रखिन, काबरकि संझा हो गे रिहिस। 4पर बचन के सुनइया बहुंत झन बिसवास करिन, अऊ ओमन के गनती बढ़के पांच हजार मनखे के आस-पास हो गीस।
5दूसर दिन अधिकारी, अगुवा, कानून के गुरूमन 6महा पुरोहित हन्नास अऊ काइफा, अऊ यूहन्ना, सिकन्दर अऊ महा पुरोहित के घर के मन यरूसलेम म जुरिन। 7ओमन पतरस अऊ यूहन्ना ला मांझा म ठाढ़ करके ओमन ले पुछिन, “तुमन ए काम ला कोन सक्ति या काकर नांव ले करे हवव?”
8तब पतरस ह पबितर आतमा ले भरके ओमन ला कहिस, “हे मनखेमन के अधिकारी अऊ अगुवामन! 9ए खोरवा मनखे संग जऊन भलई करे गे हवय, आज हमन ले ओकर बारे म पुछताछ करे जावत हवय कि ओह कइसने बने होईस, 10त तुमन अऊ जम्मो इसरायली मनखेमन एला जान लेवव कि यीसू मसीह नासरी, जऊन ला तुमन कुरुस ऊपर चघाय रहेव, पर परमेसर ह ओला मरे म ले जियाईस, ओकरे नांव म ए मनखे ह तुम्हर आघू म चंगा होके ठाढ़े हवय।
11एह ‘ओही पथरा ए,
जऊन ला तुम राज मिस्त्रीमन बेकार समझेव,
पर ओह कोना के मुख पथरा बन गीस।’4:11 भजन-संहिता 118:22
12कोनो आने के दुवारा उद्धार नइं मिलय, काबरकि स्वरग के खाल्हे, मनखेमन ला अऊ कोनो आने नांव नइं दिये गीस, जेकर दुवारा हमन उद्धार पा सकन।”
13जब ओमन पतरस अऊ यूहन्ना के हिम्मत ला देखिन अऊ ए जानिन कि एमन अनपढ़ अऊ सधारन मनखे अंय, त ओमन अचरज करिन। अऊ ओमन पतरस अऊ यूहन्ना ला चिन डारिन कि एमन यीसू के संग म रिहिन। 14पर ओमन ओ मनखे ला जऊन ह चंगा होय रिहिस, ओमन के संग ठाढ़े देखके बिरोध म कुछू नइं कह सकिन। 15पर ओमन पतरस अऊ यूहन्ना ला धरम महासभा ले बाहिर जाय के हुकूम दीन अऊ फेर ओमन आपस म बिचार करन लगिन, 16“हमन ए मनखेमन के संग का करन? काबरकि यरूसलेम के जम्मो रहइयामन जानत हवंय कि एमन एक बहुंत बड़े चमतकार के काम करे हवंय, अऊ हमन एला इनकार नइं कर सकन। 17पर ए बात ह मनखेमन म अऊ जादा झन फइले, एकरसेति हमन एमन ला चेता देवन कि एमन फेर कोनो मनखे ले ए नांव लेके झन गोठियावंय।”
18तब ओमन पतरस अऊ यूहन्ना ला फेर भीतर बलाके हुकूम दीन कि यीसू के नांव म न तो कुछू बोलव अऊ न कुछू सीखोवव। 19पर पतरस अऊ यूहन्ना ओमन ला जबाब दीन, “तुहीच मन नियाय करव कि का एह परमेसर के नजर म ठीक ए कि हमन परमेसर के बात ला छोंड़के तुम्हर बात ला मानन। 20ए हमर ले नइं हो सकय कि जऊन ला हमन देखे अऊ सुने हवन, ओकर बारे म झन गोठियावन।”
21तब ओमन पतरस अऊ यूहन्ना ला धमकाके छोंड़ दीन। ओमन दंड देय के बारे म कुछू फैसला नइं कर सकिन, काबरकि जऊन घटना होय रिहिस, ओकर खातिर जम्मो मनखेमन परमेसर के इस्तुति करत रिहिन। 22ओ मनखे जऊन ह अद्भूत ढंग ले बने होय रिहिस, ओह चालीस साल ले जादा उमर के रिहिस।
बिसवासीमन के पराथना
23पतरस अऊ यूहन्ना उहां ले छूटके अपन संगीमन करा आईन अऊ महा पुरोहित अऊ अगुवामन के कहे ओ जम्मो बात ओमन ला बताईन। 24एला सुनके ओमन के संगीमन एक मन होके, चिचिया-चिचियाके परमेसर ले ए पराथना करिन, “हे मालिक, तेंह स्वरग अऊ धरती अऊ समुंदर अऊ जऊन कुछू ओम हवय, ओ जम्मो ला बनाय हवस। 25तेंह पबितर आतमा के दुवारा अपन दास हमर पुरखा दाऊद के मुहूं ले ए कहय:
‘आनजातमन हो-हल्ला काबर मचाथें?
अऊ मनखेमन काबर बेकार म सडयंत्र करथें?
26परभू परमेसर अऊ ओकर मसीह के बिरोध म धरती के राजामन ठाढ़ होथें।

31जब ओमन पराथना कर चुकिन, त ओ जगह जिहां ओमन जुरे रिहिन, डोल गीस, अऊ ओमन जम्मो झन पबितर आतमा ले भर गीन अऊ परमेसर के बचन ला हिम्मत के संग सुनाईन।
बिसवासीमन के सामूहिक जिनगी
32जम्मो बिसवास करइयामन एक हिरदय अऊ एक चित के रहंय। इहां तक कि कोनो अपन संपत्ति ला अपन नइं कहय, पर जम्मो झन के संपत्ति म जम्मो झन के हक रहय। 33प्रेरितमन बड़े सामरथ ले परभू यीसू के जी उठे के गवाही देवत रिहिन अऊ ओ जम्मो के ऊपर परभू के अब्बड़ अनुग्रह रिहिस। 34ओमन म कोनो गरीब नइं रिहिन, काबरकि जेमन करा जमीन या घर रिहिस, ओमन ओला समय-समय म बेंचके, ओकर दाम ला लानय अऊ ओला प्रेरितमन के गोड़ म मढ़ा देवंय, 35अऊ जइसने जेकर जरूरत रहय, वइसने ढंग ले, हर एक ला बांट देवत रिहिन।
36यूसुफ नांव के एक मनखे रिहिस; ओह लेवी बंस के रिहिस, अऊ साइप्रस दीप के रहइया रिहिस। प्रेरितमन ओकर नांव बरनबास (जेकर मतलब उत्साहित करइया के बेटा होथे) रखे रिहिन। 37ओह अपन एक ठन खेत ला बेंचिस अऊ ओ रकम ला लानके प्रेरितमन के गोड़ म मढ़ा दीस।

13¶ Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus. 14And beholding the man which was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it. 15But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves, 16Saying, What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it. 17But that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name. 18And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus. 19But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye. 20For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard. 21So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding nothing how they might punish them, because of the people: for all men glorified God for that which was done. 22For the man was above forty years old, on whom this miracle of healing was shewed.
23¶ And being let go, they went to their own company, and reported all that the chief priests and elders had said unto them. 24And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou art God, which hast made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is: 25Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things? 26The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ. 27For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together, 28For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done. 29And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word, 30By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.
31¶ And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness. 32And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common. 33And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all. 34Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold, 35And laid them down at the apostles’ feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need. 36And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus, 37Having land, sold it, and brought the money, and laid it at the apostles’ feet.
