الْمَزْمُورُ الرَّابِعُ وَالْخَمْسُونَ
لِقَائِدِ الْمُنْشِدِينَ عَلَى الآلاتِ الْوَتَرِيَّةِ. مَزْمُورٌ تَعْلِيمِيٌّ لِدَاوُدَ عِنْدَمَا قَالَ أَهْلُ زِيفَ لِشَاوُلَ إِنَّ دَاوُدَ مُخْتَبِئٌ عِنْدَهُمْ
1يَا اللهُ بِاسْمِكَ خَلِّصْنِي، وَبِقُوَّتِكَ أَنْصِفْنِي. 2يَا اللهُ اسْمَعْ صَلاتِي وَأَصْغِ إِلَى كَلامِي. 3لأَنَّ غُرَبَاءَ قَامُوا عَلَيَّ، وَعُتَاةً يَسْعَوْنَ إِلَى قَتْلِي، وَلَمْ يَجْعَلُوا اللهَ نُصْبَ أَعْيُنِهِمْ 4هُوَذَا اللهُ مُعِينِي وَالسَّيِّدُ الرَّبُّ عَاضِدِي. 5يَرُدُّ الشَّرَّ عَلَى أَعْدَائِي، وَبِحَقِّ (عَدْلِكَ) اسْتَأْصِلْهُمْ. 6طَوْعاً أَذْبَحُ لَكَ، وَأَحْمَدُ اسْمَكَ يَا رَبُّ لأَنَّهُ طَيِّبٌ. 7فَإِنَّهُ نَجَّانِي مِنْ كُلِّ ضيِقٍ وَرَأَيْتُ بِعْيَنيَّ (مَا حَلَّ) بِأَعْدَائِي.

3For strangers are risen up against me, and oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set God before them. Selah.
4Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.

6I will freely sacrifice unto thee: I will praise thy name, O LORD; for it is good.
7For he hath delivered me out of all trouble: and mine eye hath seen his desire upon mine enemies.
