2Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I am weak: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are vexed.
3My soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O LORD, how long?
4Return, O LORD, deliver my soul: oh save me for thy mercies’ sake.
5For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks?
6I am weary with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears.6.6 all…: or, every night
7Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old because of all mine enemies.
8Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the LORD hath heard the voice of my weeping.
9The LORD hath heard my supplication; the LORD will receive my prayer.
10Let all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed: let them return and be ashamed suddenly.

1No me reprendas, Señor, en tu ira;
no me castigues en tu furor.
2Ten piedad de mí, Señor, porque desfallezco;
sáname, Señor, porque mis huesos están en agonía.
3Muy angustiada está mi alma;
¿hasta cuándo, Señor, hasta cuándo?
4Vuélvete, Señor, y sálvame la vida;
por tu gran amor, ¡ponme a salvo!
5En la muerte nadie te recuerda;

6Cansado estoy de sollozar.
Toda la noche inundo de lágrimas mi cama,
¡mi lecho empapo con mi llanto!
7Se consumen mis ojos por causa del dolor;
desfallecen por culpa de mis enemigos.
8¡Apártense de mí, todos los malhechores,
que el Señor ha escuchado mi llanto!
9El Señor ha escuchado mis ruegos;
el Señor ha tomado en cuenta mi oración.
10Todos mis enemigos quedarán avergonzados y angustiados;
su repentina vergüenza los hará retroceder.
