1I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.121.1 I will…: or, Shall I lift up mine eyes to the hills? whence should my help come?
2My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
3He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
7The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
8The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

Ang Ginoo ang Akon Manugtipig
1Nagatan-aw ako sa mga bukid;
diin bala nagahalin ang akon bulig?
2Ang akon bulig nagahalin sa Ginoo, nga naghimo sang kalangitan kag sang kalibutan.
3Indi niya pag-itugot nga matumba ka.
Siya nga nagatipig sa imo, wala nagakatulog.
4Pamati! Ang manugtipig sang Israel wala nagapatuyo-tuyo ukon nagakatulog.
5Ang Ginoo nagatipig sa imo;
ara siya sa imo tupad sa pagprotektar sa imo.
6Ang init sang adlaw indi makahalit sa imo ukon ang siga sang bulan kon gab-i.121:6 Sang una nga panahon nahibaluan na sang mga tawo nga ang sobra nga init sang adlaw makahalit, kag nagapati sila nga ang siga sang bulan makahatag sang balatian.
7Tipigan ka sang Ginoo sa tanan nga katalagman;
tipigan niya ang imo kabuhi.
8Ang Ginoo magatipig sa imo subong kag hasta san-o, bisan diin ka makadto.121:8 bisan… makadto: ukon, sa imo paglakat kag pagbalik.
