1The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying, 2Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God:28.2 midst: Heb. heart 3Behold, thou art wiser than Daniel; there is no secret that they can hide from thee: 4With thy wisdom and with thine understanding thou hast gotten thee riches, and hast gotten gold and silver into thy treasures: 5By thy great wisdom and by thy traffick hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches:28.5 thy great…: Heb. the greatness of thy wisdom 6Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God; 7Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness. 8They shall bring thee down to the pit, and thou shalt die the deaths of them that are slain in the midst of the seas. 9Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I am God? but thou shalt be a man, and no God, in the hand of him that slayeth thee.28.9 of him that slayeth: or, of him that woundeth 10Thou shalt die the deaths of the uncircumcised by the hand of strangers: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.
11¶ Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 12Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. 13Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.28.13 sardius: or, ruby28.13 beryl: or, chrysolite28.13 emerald: or, chrysoprase 14Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. 15Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. 16By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. 17Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. 18Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. 19All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.28.19 a terror: Heb. terrors
20¶ Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 21Son of man, set thy face against Zidon, and prophesy against it, 22And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Zidon; and I will be glorified in the midst of thee: and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall have executed judgments in her, and shall be sanctified in her. 23For I will send into her pestilence, and blood into her streets; and the wounded shall be judged in the midst of her by the sword upon her on every side; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
24¶ And there shall be no more a pricking brier unto the house of Israel, nor any grieving thorn of all that are round about them, that despised them; and they shall know that I am the Lord GOD. 25Thus saith the Lord GOD; When I shall have gathered the house of Israel from the people among whom they are scattered, and shall be sanctified in them in the sight of the heathen, then shall they dwell in their land that I have given to my servant Jacob. 26And they shall dwell safely therein, and shall build houses, and plant vineyards; yea, they shall dwell with confidence, when I have executed judgments upon all those that despise them round about them; and they shall know that I am the LORD their God.28.26 safely: or, with confidence28.26 despise: or, spoil
Ang Mensahi Batok sa Hari sang Tyre
1Nagsiling ang Ginoo sa akon, 2“Tawo, silinga ang pangulo sang Tyre nga ako, ang Ginoong Dios, nagasiling: Sa imo pagkabugalon nagasiling ka nga ikaw isa ka dios nga nagapungko sa trono sa tunga sang kadagatan. Pero ang matuod, bisan nagahunahuna ka nga maalam ka pareho sa isa ka dios, indi ikaw dios kundi tawo lang. 3Nagahunahuna ka nga mas maalam ka pa sang sa kay Daniel, nga wala sing sekreto nga indi mo mahibaluan. 4Paagi sa imo kaalam kag ihibalo nagmanggaranon ka kag nakatipon sang bulawan kag pilak sa imo talaguan sang manggad. 5Paagi man sa imo abilidad sa pagnegosyo, nagdugang pa gid ang imo manggad, kag tungod sang imo manggad nagbugalon ka. 6Gani ako, ang Ginoong Dios, nagasiling nga tungod kay nagahunahuna ka nga maalam ka pareho sa isa ka dios, 7ipasalakay ko ikaw sa taga-iban nga lugar nga pinakamapintas sa tanan nga nasyon. Panglaglagon nila ang imo matahom nga mga pagkabutang nga imo naangkon paagi sa imo kaalam. Kag madula ang imo kadungganan. 8Masakit ang imo kamatayon; itagbong ka nila sa kadadalman sang dagat. 9Ti, makasiling ka pa bala gihapon nga ikaw isa ka dios sa atubangan sang mga magapatay sa imo? Para sa ila tawo ka lang kag indi isa ka dios. 10Mapatay ka sa kamot sang taga-iban nga lugar pareho sa kamatayon sang isa ka tawo nga wala nagtuo sa akon. 28:10 wala nagtuo sa akon: sa literal, wala matuli. Matabo gid ini, kay ako, ang Ginoong Dios, ang nagasiling sini.”
11Nagsiling liwat ang Ginoo sa akon, 12“Tawo, magpanalambiton ka parte sa hari sang Tyre. Silinga siya nga ako, ang Ginoong Dios, nagasiling: Sadto anay isa ikaw ka halimbawa sang pagkaperpekto. Maalam ka kag matahom gid. 13Ara ka sadto sa Eden, sa katamnan sang Dios. Nadekorasyunan ka sang nagkalain-lain nga klase sang malahalon nga mga bato: rubi, topasio, esmeralda, krisolito, onika, haspe, sapiro, turquiso kag berilo. Nadekorasyunan ka man sang bulawan28:13 Nadekorasyunan ka man sang bulawan: Indi klaro ang buot silingon sang Hebreo sini. nga ginpreparar na para sa imo sa adlaw sang imo pagkatawo. 14Ginpili ko ikaw bilang kerubin nga manugbantay sa akon balaan nga bukid. Nagalakat ka sa tunga sang nagabadlak28:14 nagabadlak: ukon, nagakalayo. Amo man sa bersikulo 16. nga mga bato. 15Wala sing ikasaway sa imo pagginawi halin sang imo pagkatawo hasta sang ulihi nga naghimo ka sang malain. 16Ang imo madamo nga mga negosyo nangin kabangdanan sang imo pagpamintas kag pagpakasala. Gani gintabog ko ikaw halin sa balaan ko nga bukid; ginpahalin ko ikaw sa nagabadlak nga mga bato. 17Nangin bugalon ka tungod sang imo katahom, kag gin-gamit mo sa kabuangan ang imo kaalam agod mangin bantog ka. Amo ini nga ginhaboy ko ikaw sa duta, kag nangin talan-awon ka sang iban nga mga hari. 18Tungod sang imo madamo nga mga sala kag pagpangdaya sa negosyo, gindagtaan mo ang mga lugar nga imo ginasimbahan. Gani sa atubangan sang tanan nga nagatan-aw sa imo, gintutdan ko ang imo lugar kag nasunog ka hasta nga nangin abo ka na lang sa duta. 19Ang tanan nga nasyon nga nakakilala sa imo hinadlukan sa imo gindangatan. Makahaladlok ang imo katapusan, kag nadula ka na hasta san-o.”
Ang Mensahi Batok sa Sidon
20Nagsiling ang Ginoo sa akon, 21“Tawo, mag-atubang ka sa Sidon kag magwali kontra sa iya. 22Silinga siya nga ako, ang Ginoong Dios, nagasiling: Kontra ko ikaw, Sidon. Dayawon ako sang mga tawo kon silutan ko na ikaw, kag mahibaluan nila nga ako amo ang Ginoo. Sa sini nga paagi, mapakita ko sa imo ang akon pagkabalaan. 23Padal-an ko ikaw sang kalalat-an, kag tungod sini magailig ang dugo dira sa imo mga karsada. Salakayon ka palibot, kag madamo gid ang mapatay sa imo mga pumuluyo. Dayon mahibaluan nila nga ako amo ang Ginoo.
24“Dayon wala na sang katupad nga mga nasyon ang katawhan sang Israel nga magapangyaguta sa ila, nga magasakit sa ila nga daw sa matalom nga mga tunok. Dayon mahibaluan nila nga ako amo ang Ginoong Dios.”
25Nagsiling pa gid ang Ginoong Dios, “Tipunon ko na ang katawhan sang Israel halin sa mga nasyon nga sa diin naglalapta sila. Paagi sa sining himuon ko sa ila, mapakita ko ang akon pagkabalaan sa mga nasyon. Maestar na dayon ang mga Israelinhon sa ila mismo nga duta, ang duta nga ginhatag ko sa akon alagad nga si Jacob. 26Magaestar sila didto nga wala sing katalagman. Magapatindog sila sang mga balay kag magatanom sang mga ubas. Wala na sing may maggamo pa sa ila kon silutan ko na ang tanan nila nga katupad nga mga nasyon nga nagayaguta sa ila. Dayon mahibaluan nila nga ako amo ang Ginoo nga ila Dios.”
