1Then we turned, and went up the way to Bashan: and Og the king of Bashan came out against us, he and all his people, to battle at Edrei. 2And the LORD said unto me, Fear him not: for I will deliver him, and all his people, and his land, into thy hand; and thou shalt do unto him as thou didst unto Sihon king of the Amorites, which dwelt at Heshbon. 3So the LORD our God delivered into our hands Og also, the king of Bashan, and all his people: and we smote him until none was left to him remaining. 4And we took all his cities at that time, there was not a city which we took not from them, threescore cities, all the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan. 5All these cities were fenced with high walls, gates, and bars; beside unwalled towns a great many. 6And we utterly destroyed them, as we did unto Sihon king of Heshbon, utterly destroying the men, women, and children, of every city. 7But all the cattle, and the spoil of the cities, we took for a prey to ourselves. 8And we took at that time out of the hand of the two kings of the Amorites the land that was on this side Jordan, from the river of Arnon unto mount Hermon; 9(Which Hermon the Sidonians call Sirion; and the Amorites call it Shenir;) 10All the cities of the plain, and all Gilead, and all Bashan, unto Salchah and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan. 11For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of giants; behold, his bedstead was a bedstead of iron; is it not in Rabbath of the children of Ammon? nine cubits was the length thereof, and four cubits the breadth of it, after the cubit of a man.
12And this land, which we possessed at that time, from Aroer, which is by the river Arnon, and half mount Gilead, and the cities thereof, gave I unto the Reubenites and to the Gadites. 13And the rest of Gilead, and all Bashan, being the kingdom of Og, gave I unto the half tribe of Manasseh; all the region of Argob, with all Bashan, which was called the land of giants. 14Jair the son of Manasseh took all the country of Argob unto the coasts of Geshuri and Maachathi; and called them after his own name, Bashan-havoth-jair, unto this day. 15And I gave Gilead unto Machir. 16And unto the Reubenites and unto the Gadites I gave from Gilead even unto the river Arnon half the valley, and the border even unto the river Jabbok, which is the border of the children of Ammon; 17The plain also, and Jordan, and the coast thereof, from Chinnereth even unto the sea of the plain, even the salt sea, under Ashdoth-pisgah eastward.3.17 Ashdoth-pisgah: or, the springs of Pisgah, or, the hill
18¶ And I commanded you at that time, saying, The LORD your God hath given you this land to possess it: ye shall pass over armed before your brethren the children of Israel, all that are meet for the war.3.18 meet…: Heb. sons of power 19But your wives, and your little ones, and your cattle, (for I know that ye have much cattle,) shall abide in your cities which I have given you; 20Until the LORD have given rest unto your brethren, as well as unto you, and until they also possess the land which the LORD your God hath given them beyond Jordan: and then shall ye return every man unto his possession, which I have given you.
21¶ And I commanded Joshua at that time, saying, Thine eyes have seen all that the LORD your God hath done unto these two kings: so shall the LORD do unto all the kingdoms whither thou passest. 22Ye shall not fear them: for the LORD your God he shall fight for you. 23And I besought the LORD at that time, saying, 24O Lord GOD, thou hast begun to shew thy servant thy greatness, and thy mighty hand: for what God is there in heaven or in earth, that can do according to thy works, and according to thy might? 25I pray thee, let me go over, and see the good land that is beyond Jordan, that goodly mountain, and Lebanon. 26But the LORD was wroth with me for your sakes, and would not hear me: and the LORD said unto me, Let it suffice thee; speak no more unto me of this matter. 27Get thee up into the top of Pisgah, and lift up thine eyes westward, and northward, and southward, and eastward, and behold it with thine eyes: for thou shalt not go over this Jordan.3.27 Pisgah: or, the hill 28But charge Joshua, and encourage him, and strengthen him: for he shall go over before this people, and he shall cause them to inherit the land which thou shalt see. 29So we abode in the valley over against Beth-peor.
شکاندنی عۆگ پاشای باشان
1ئینجا ڕوومان وەرگێڕا و بە ڕێگای باشاندا سەرکەوتین، جا عۆگی پاشای باشان لەگەڵ هەموو سوپاکەی هاتنە دەرەوە بۆ بەرەنگاربوونەوەمان لە ئەدرەعی. 2یەزدانیش پێی فەرمووم، «لێی مەترسە، چونکە خۆی و هەموو سوپاکەی و خاکەکەیم داوەتە دەستت، ئەوەی پێ دەکەیت کە بە سیحۆنی پاشای ئەمۆرییەکانت کرد کە لە حەشبۆن فەرمانڕەوا بوو.»
3جا یەزدانی پەروەردگارمان، عۆگی پاشای باشان و هەموو سوپاکەی دایە دەستمان و لێماندا و نەمانهێشت کەس دەرباز بێت. 4لەو کاتەشدا دەستمان بەسەر هەموو شارەکانیدا گرت. هیچ شارێک لەو شەست شارە نەمایەوە کە لێیان نەستێنین، واتا هەموو هەرێمی ئەرگۆڤ شانشینی عۆگ لە باشان. 5هەموو ئەو شارانە شوورابەند بوون بە شوورای بەرز و دەروازە و شمشیرەیان3:5 شمشیر، پارچە دارێک بووە لە جیاتی قوفڵ لە دواوەی دەرگا بە شێوەی ئاسۆیی دانراوە بۆ داخستنی دەرگا. هەبوو، لەگەڵ ئەوەشدا چەند گوندێکی زۆر شوورایان نەبوو. 6جا بە تەواوی قڕمان کرد3:6 لە زمانی عیبری ئەم زاراوەیە دەگەڕێتەوە بۆ شتێک یان کەسێک کە دەبەخشرێت بە یەزدان، زۆر جار بەخشینەکە بە تەواوی لە ناودەبردرێت.، وەک ئەوەی بە سیحۆنی پاشای حەشبۆنمان کرد، لە هەموو شارێکدا پیاو و ژن و منداڵەکانمان بە تەواوی قڕکرد. 7بەڵام هەموو ئاژەڵە ماڵییەکان و دەستکەوتی شارەکانیان بۆ خۆمان تاڵان کرد.
8لەو کاتەدا ئەو خاکەی کە لە بەری ڕۆژهەڵاتی ڕووباری ئوردون لە دەربەندی ئەرنۆنەوە هەتا چیای حەرمۆنمان لە دەستی ئەم دوو پاشایەی ئەمۆرییەکان دەرهێنا. 9(سەیدائییەکان بە حەرمۆن دەڵێن سیریۆن و ئەمۆرییەکانیش پێی دەڵێن سنیر.) 10هەموو شارۆچکەکانی دەشت و هەموو گلعاد و هەموو باشان هەتا سەلخە و ئەدرەعی، دوو شارەکەی شانشینی عۆگ لە باشاندا دەستمان بەسەردا گرت. 11(عۆگی پاشای باشان بە تەنها مابووەوە لە پاشماوەی ڕفائییەکان، قەرەوێڵەکەی لە ئاسن دروستکرابوو، هەتا ئێستا لە شاری ڕەبەی3:11 شاری ڕەبە: ئێستا بە عەمان ناودەبردرێت، پایتەختی وڵاتی ئوردونە. عەمۆنییەکانە، درێژییەکەی نۆ باڵ3:11 نۆ باڵ: نزیکەی 4 مەتر. و پانییەکەی چوار باڵە3:11 چوار باڵ: نزیکەی 1,8 مەتر. بە باڵی پیاو.)
دابەشکردنی خاکەکە
12لەو کاتەی دەستمان بەسەر ئەو خاکەدا گرت، هەرێمێکم دایە ڕەئوبێنییەکان و گادییەکان، لە سەرووی عەرۆعێرەوە کە لەسەر دەربەندی ئەرنۆنە و نیوەی ناوچە شاخاوییەکانی گلعاد و شارۆچکەکانی لە هەرێمەکەدا بوو. 13ئەوەشی لە گلعاد مایەوە و هەموو باشانی شانشینی عۆگ دامە نیوەی هۆزی مەنەشە3:13 هۆزی مەنەشە دابەش ببوون بۆ سەر دوو بەش، هەریەکەیان کەوتبووە لایەکی ڕووباری ئوردون.. (هەموو هەرێمی ئەرگۆڤ لەگەڵ هەموو باشان بوو، کە بە خاکی ڕفائییەکان ناودەبردرا. 14یائیری نەوەی مەنەشە دەستی بەسەر هەموو هەرێمی ئەرگۆڤدا گرت هەتا سنووری گەشوورییەکان و مەعکاتییەکان و بە ناوی خۆیەوە ناوی لێنا، هەتا ئەمڕۆش باشان بە حەڤۆت یائیر ناودەبردرێت.) 15گلعادیشم دا بە ماکیر. 16لە گلعادیشەوە هەتا دەربەندی ئەرنۆن، ناوەڕاستی دۆڵەکە سنوور بوو، هەتا ڕووباری یەبۆق سنووری عەمۆنییەکان دامە ڕەئوبێنییەکان و گادییەکان. 17عەراڤا و ڕووباری ئوردونیش سنووری ڕۆژئاواییەکەی بوو، لە کینەرەتەوە هەتا دەریای عەراڤا، دەریای مردوو3:17 دەریای مردوو: عیبری: دەریای خوێ.، لەژێر بنارەکانی پسگە.
18ئەو کاتە فەرمانم پێکردن و گوتم، «یەزدانی پەروەردگارتان ئەم خاکەی پێداون بۆ ئەوەی دەستی بەسەردا بگرن. هەموو پاڵەوانەکان بە چەکەوە لەپێش نەوەی ئیسرائیلی برایانتان دەپەڕنەوە، 19بەڵام ژن و منداڵ و ئاژەڵە ماڵییەکانتان، (زانیومە ئاژەڵی ماڵی زۆرتان هەیە،) ئەوا لە شارۆچکەکانتان دەمێننەوە کە پێم داون، 20هەتا یەزدان براکانیشتان وەک ئێوە بحەسێنێتەوە، ئەوانیش دەست بەسەر ئەو خاکەی پشتی ڕووباری ئوردوندا بگرن کە یەزدانی پەروەردگارتان دەیانداتێ. ئینجا هەرکەسە دەگەڕێتەوە لای موڵکی خۆی کە پێم داوە.»
ڕێنەدان بە پەڕینەوەی موسا
21لەو کاتەشدا فەرمانم بە یەشوع کرد و گوتم، «چاوەکانت هەموو ئەوەیان بینی کە یەزدانی پەروەردگارتان بەم دوو پاشایەی کرد، یەزدان هەمان شت دەکات بە هەموو ئەو پاشایەتییانەی تۆ بۆیان دەپەڕیتەوە. 22لێیان مەترسن، چونکە یەزدانی پەروەردگارتان بۆتان دەجەنگێت.»
23لەو کاتەدا لە یەزدان پاڕامەوە و گوتم: 24«ئەی یەزدانی باڵادەست، تۆ دەستت پێ کرد مەزنی و دەستی بەهێزت بە خزمەتکارەکەت پیشان بدەیت، چونکە چ خودایەک لە ئاسمان و لەسەر زەوی وەک کردەوەکان و تواناکانی تۆ دەکات؟ 25تکایە لێمگەڕێ با بپەڕمەوە و ئەو خاکە چاکەی لە بەری ڕۆژئاوای ڕووباری ئوردونە، ئەو ناوچە شاخاوییە جوانە و لوبنان، ببینم.»
26بەڵام یەزدان بەهۆی ئێوەوە لێم هەڵچوو و گوێی لێ نەگرتم، بەڵکو یەزدان پێی فەرمووم: «بەسە! ئیتر لەبارەی ئەم بابەتەوە لەگەڵم مەدوێ. 27سەربکەوە بۆ لووتکەی پسگە و بەرەو ڕۆژئاوا و باکوور و باشوور و ڕۆژهەڵات سەر بڵند بکە و بە چاوەکانت خاکەکە ببینە، بەڵام لەم ڕووباری ئوردونە مەپەڕەوە. 28ئەرکی ڕابەرایەتی بە یەشوع بسپێرە و بەهێزی بکە و هانی بدە، چونکە ئەو لەپێش ئەم گەلە دەپەڕێتەوە و ئەو خاکەکەیان بۆ دابەش دەکات کە تۆ دەیبینیت.» 29جا لە دۆڵەکە بەرامبەر بێت‌پەعۆر ماینەوە.
