御怒りのままに私を罰しないでください。
2ああ主よ、あわれんでください。
私は弱い者です。どうかいやしてください。
私は病んでいるのです。
3狼狽し、心がかき乱されています。
不安に駆られ、
気分がすっかりめいっています。
ああ、私を早く元どおりにしてください。
4ああ主よ、帰って来て、私を健康にしてください。
あわれんで、お救いください。
5死んでしまっては、
友の前であなたをほめたたえることもできません。
6痛みのため、私はやせ細りました。
夜ごと涙で枕をぬらします。
7敵のために嘆き、そのために目も衰え、
かすんできました。
8不法を行う者ども、私から離れて行け。
私の泣き声は天に届き、
9訴えも聞き届けられた。
主は私の祈りにすべて答えてくださる。
10敵はみな、恥を見、
恐れにわななき、恥辱を受ける。
神は彼らに恥をかかせて
