1ああ神よ、情け容赦なくだまし取ろうとする
者どもの言いがかりから、守ってください。
2あなたは、かけがえのない隠れ家なのです。
どうして、私のことなど知らないかのように
突き放されるのですか。
どうして、私が敵に痛めつけられて
嘆かなければならないのですか。
3どうか、あなたの光と真実を送って、
きよいシオンの山にある神の宮へと
私を導くようにしてください。
4この上ない喜びにあふれて祭壇の前に立ち、
竪琴をかきならしながら賛美したいのです。
ああ神よ。
5私のたましいよ、
どうしてそんなに気落ちしてふさぎ込むのか。
神に何もかも任せなさい。
きっとすばらしい助けの手が差し伸べられ、
感謝の思いに満たされる。
神は再び、私をほほえませてくださる。
このお方こそ、私の神。
