1En aquel día dirás:
«Señor, yo te alabaré
aunque te hayas enojado conmigo.
Tu ira se ha calmado,
y me has dado consuelo.
2¡Dios es mi salvación!
Confiaré en él y no temeré.
El Señor es mi fuerza,
el Señor es mi canción;
¡él es mi salvación!»
3Con alegría sacaréis agua
de las fuentes de la salvación.
4En aquel día se dirá:
«Alabad al Señor, invocad su nombre;
dad a conocer entre los pueblos sus obras;
proclamad la grandeza de su nombre.
5Cantad salmos al Señor,
porque ha hecho maravillas;
que esto se dé a conocer
en toda la tierra.
6¡Canta y grita de alegría,
habitante de Sión;
realmente es grande, en medio de ti,
el Santo de Israel!»
Songs of praise
1In that day you will say:
‘I will praise you, Lord.
Although you were angry with me,
your anger has turned away
and you have comforted me.
2Surely God is my salvation;
I will trust and not be afraid.
The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defence12:2 Or song;
he has become my salvation.’
3With joy you will draw water
from the wells of salvation.
4In that day you will say:
‘Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name;
make known among the nations what he has done,
and proclaim that his name is exalted.
5Sing to the Lord, for he has done glorious things;
let this be known to all the world.
6Shout aloud and sing for joy, people of Zion,
for great is the Holy One of Israel among you.’
