Salmo 9090:0 Salmo 90 Ang ulohan sa Hebreo: Ang pag-ampo ni Moises nga propeta sa Dios.
Ang Dios ug ang Tawo
1Ginoo, ikaw ang among dalangpanan sukad pa kaniadto.
2Sa wala mo pa buhata ang mga bukid ug ang kalibotan, ikaw na ang Dios,
ug ikaw ang Dios sa walay kataposan.
3Ikaw ang nagabuot sa kamatayon sa tawo;
ibalik mo siya sa yuta nga mao ang iyang gigikanan.
4Ang usa ka libo ka tuig kanamo sama lang sa usa ka adlaw nga milabay alang kanimo,
o morag pipila lang ka oras sa kagabhion.
5Gibutangan mo ug kataposan ang among kinabuhi sama sa damgo
6o sama sa sagbot nga moturok ug motubo inigkabuntag, apan pagkahapon malaya ug mamatay.
7Ang imong kasuko makapalisang kanamo;
ang imong kapungot makapalaglag kanamo.
8Nakita mo ang among mga sala,
bisan ang mga sala nga gihimo namo sa tago.
9Tinuod nga mahanaw ang among kinabuhi tungod sa imong kasuko;
matapos ang among kinabuhi nga daw usa lang ka panghupaw.
10Ang katas-on sa among kinabuhi 70 ka tuig, o 80 ka tuig kon baskog kami.
Apan bisan pa ang labing maayo namong mga katuigan puno sa mga kaguol ug kalisod.
Unya molabay kini, ug mahanaw kami.
11Walay pa gayoy nakasinati sa grabe mong kasuko.
Ug samtang nagdugang ang among kahibalo bahin sa imong kasuko nagadugang usab ang among pagtahod kanimo.
12Pasabta kami nga mubo lang ang among kinabuhi,
aron mahimo kaming maalamon sa among pagkinabuhi.
13Ginoo, hangtod kanus-a ang imong kasuko kanamo?
Tagda ug kaloy-i kami, nga imong mga alagad.
14Kada buntag ipakita ang imong gugma kanamo aron mag-awit kami sa kalipay ug magmalipayon kami sa tibuok namong kinabuhi.
15Hatagi kami ug malipayong mga katuigan,
sama kataas sa mga katuigan diin imo kaming gisilotan ug gipaantos.
16Ipakita kanamo nga imong mga alagad, ug sa among mga kaliwat, ang imong katingalahang buhat ug ang imong pagkagamhanan.
17Ginoo nga among Dios, hinaut nga panalanginan mo kami, ug hatagan ug kalamposan sa tanan namong buhaton.

2Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
3Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.
4For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.90.4 when…: or, when he hath passed them
5Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up.90.5 groweth…: or, is changed
6In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth.
7For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled.
8Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.

11Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.
12So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.90.12 apply: Heb. cause to come
13Return, O LORD, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants.
14O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
15Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.
16Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children.
17And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
