Si Bezalel ug si Oholiab
(Exo. 35:30–36:1)
1Unya miingon ang Ginoo kang Moises, 2“Gipili ko si Bezalel nga anak ni Uri ug apo ni Hur nga gikan sa tribo ni Juda. 3Gigamhan ko siya sa akong Espiritu31:3 Espiritu: o, gahom. ug gihatagag kaalam ug abilidad sa pagbuhat ug bisan unsang buluhaton— 4sa paghimog matahom nga mga butang nga hinimo gikan sa bulawan, plata, ug bronsi, 5sa pagkorti sa mahalong mga bato aron himuong bato sa mga alahas, sa pagkulit sa kahoy, ug sa tanang inantigo nga mga buluhaton. 6Gipili ko usab si Oholiab nga anak ni Ahisamac, nga gikan sa tribo ni Dan, sa pagtabang kang Bezalel. Gihatagan ko usab ug abilidad ang tanang maayong mga panday aron mahimo nila ang tanang gisugo ko kanimo nga himuon: 7ang Tolda nga Tagboanan, ang Kahon sa Kasugoan ug ang tabon niini, ug ang tanang kagamitan sa Tolda— 8ang lamisa ug ang mga kagamitan niini, ang butanganan ug suga nga purong bulawan ug ang tanan usab nga kagamitan niini, ang halaran nga sunoganan sa insenso, 9ang halaran nga sunoganan sa halad nga sinunog ug ang tanang kagamitan niini, ang palanggana ug ang tungtonganan niini, 10ang matahom ug sagrado nga mga bisti nga sul-obon ni Aaron ug sa iyang mga anak nga lalaki kon mag-alagad sila ingon nga mga pari, 11ang lana nga pangdihog, ug ang humot nga insenso alang sa Balaang Dapit. Himuon nila kining tanan sumala sa gisugo ko kanimo.”
Ang Adlaw nga Igpapahulay
12Unya miingon ang Ginoo kang Moises 13nga isulti kini ngadto sa mga Israelinhon: “Kinahanglan tumanon gayod ninyo ang akong mga ginapahimo kaninyo mahitungod sa Adlaw nga Igpapahulay, kay timailhan kini sa atong kasabotan hangtod sa umaabot nga mga henerasyon. Niining paagiha mahibaloan ninyo nga ako mao ang Ginoo nga nagpili kaninyo nga mahimong akong katawhan. 14Oo, tumana ninyo ang akong mga ginapahimo kaninyo sa Adlaw nga Igpapahulay, kay balaan kini nga adlaw alang kaninyo. Si bisan kinsa nga dili mosunod sa akong mga ginapahimo nianang adlawa kinahanglan gayod nga patyon. Si bisan kinsa nga magtrabaho nianang adlawa dili na ninyo isipon nga usa sa inyong katawhan. 15Buhata ninyo ang inyong buluhaton sulod sa unom ka adlaw, apan sa ikapitong adlaw magpahulay gayod kamo. Tungod kay kining adlawa balaan alang kanako; si bisan kinsa nga magtrabaho nianang adlawa kinahanglang patyon. 16-17Busa kamong mga Israelinhon, kinahanglang tumanon ninyo ug sa inyong umaabot nga mga henerasyon ang akong mga gipahimo kaninyo sa Adlaw nga Igpapahulay. Mao kini ang permanenteng ilhanan sa atong walay kataposang kasabotan. Kay sulod sa unom ka adlaw gimugna ko ang langit ug ang kalibotan, ug sa ikapitong adlaw mipahulay ako.”
18Human makigsulti ang Ginoo kang Moises didto sa Bukid sa Sinai, gihatag niya kang Moises ang duha ka lagpad nga bato nga gisulatan niya mismo sa Kasugoan.
Bezalel and Oholiab
1Then the Lord spoke to Moses. 2He said, “I have chosen Bezalel, the son of Uri. Uri is the son of Hur. Bezalel is from the tribe of Judah. 3I have filled him with the Spirit of God. I have filled Bezalel with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skill. 4He can make beautiful patterns in gold, silver and bronze. 5He can cut and set stones. He can work with wood. In fact, he can work in all kinds of crafts. 6I have also appointed Oholiab, the son of Ahisamak, to help him. Oholiab is from the tribe of Dan.
“I have given ability to all the skilled workers. They can make everything I have commanded you to make. Here is the complete list.
7“the tent of meeting
the ark where the tablets of the covenant law are kept
the cover for the ark
8the table for the holy bread and its things
the pure gold lampstand and everything used with it
the altar for burning incense
9the altar for burnt offerings and all its tools
the large bowl with its stand
10the sacred clothes for Aaron the priest and the clothes for his sons when they serve as priests
11the anointing oil
and the sweet-smelling incense for the Holy Room
“The skilled workers must make them just as I commanded you.”
The Sabbath Day
12Then the Lord spoke to Moses. 13He said, “Tell the people of Israel, ‘You must always keep my Sabbath days. That will be the sign of the covenant I have made between me and you for all time to come. Then you will know that I am the Lord. I am the one who makes you holy.
14“ ‘Keep the Sabbath day. It is holy to you. Those who misuse it must be put to death. Those who do any work on that day must be separated from their people. 15Do your work in six days. But the seventh day is a day of sabbath rest. You must rest on it. It is set apart for the Lord. Those who work on the Sabbath day must be put to death. 16The Israelites must keep the Sabbath day. They must celebrate it for all time to come. It will be a covenant that lasts forever. 17It will be the sign of the covenant I have made between me and the Israelites forever. The Lord made the heavens and the earth in six days. But on the seventh day he did not work. He rested.’ ”
18The Lord finished speaking to Moses on Mount Sinai. Then he gave him the two tablets of the covenant law. They were made out of stone. The words on them were written by the finger of God.
