All In. All Together.

The Bible is at the heart of Biblica’s mission. We are captivated, challenged, and inspired by this extraordinary collection of books. We believe the Bible is God’s truth and God’s story. In everything we do, we seek to honor Christ and the everlasting Word of God.

By joining the Biblica team, you’ll have the opportunity to serve in a ministry that is advancing God’s Kingdom to the ends of the earth. We desire to serve God by bringing our gifts, talents, and experiences together to make a difference around the world, living out the Great Commission.

Our Core Values

Generosity

We give all we can to achieve all God wants.

"A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed."

Proverbs 11:25 (NIV)

Impact-Driven

We passionately pursue what matters most.

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."

Matthew 28:19 (NIV)

Faithful

We relentlessly follow Christ.

"The works of his hands are faithful and just; all his precepts are trustworthy."

Psalm 111:7 (NIV)

Trailblazing

We break down barriers to the Bible.

"For he himself is our peace, who has made the two groups one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility."

Ephesians 2:14 (NIV)

Biblica offers competitive benefits and compensation packages to its eligible employees to include but not limited to: holiday and paid-time (PTO) off, sick leave, retirement plan, etc. Our relationships with national medical insurance carriers allow us to provide employees with access to cost-effective, comprehensive group health coverage. Our compensation plans consider things such as medical, dental, and vision plans, flex spending accounts, health savings account programs, and basic term life and personal accident insurance.
