Axis and Biblica Partner to Bring the Parenting Relationships Summit Nationwide
Learn how to better parent teens or pre-teens from some of the most informed voices in faith and culture
Colorado Springs, CO, February 4, 2019—We all know culture is changing everyday and our teens and pre -teens face tremendous pressure from friends, social media, and even family members. How can parents support and build relationships of trust and faith with their teens?
Axis, a ministry dedicated to empowering the next generation to think clearly and critically about what they believe and to take ownership of their faith, has partnered with Biblica, the International Bible Society, to help parents play a significant role in shaping their children’s faith through the Parenting Relationships Summit beginning on February 14, 2019.
The Parenting Relationships Summit is an online experience that can be viewed for free between February 14-28, designed to help parents connect and build vital relationships with their teens. Fifty of the top leaders in faith and culture will share unique insight on connecting and parenting this age group.
Featured speakers include Dennis Rainey, Dr. Les Parrott, Dr. Meg Meeker, Jonathan Pitts, Sam Allberry, Paul David Tripp, Dr. Sean McDowell, and many others.
The online summit covers a variety of topics from grace-based discipline, family dynamics, sexuality, leadership, life, and apologetics, because being informed about what’s happening in their world and why it matters is the key to connecting with teens.
“As a parent, do you ever wonder how to deeply connect with your teenagers? The Parenting Relationships Summit helps parents build transformative relationships,” says David Eaton, Axis President and Co-founder. “Once parents are in tune with their teens and have built deep relationships with conversation, they can begin to cultivate their love for God.”
