มีคาห์ 1:1-16

1พระดำรัสขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าซึ่งมีมาถึงมีคาห์แห่งโมเรเชทในรัชกาลกษัตริย์โยธาม อาหัส และเฮเซคียาห์แห่งยูดาห์ ต่อไปนี้คือนิมิตที่มีคาห์เห็นเกี่ยวกับสะมาเรียและเยรูซาเล็ม

2ประชาชาติทั้งสิ้นเอ๋ยจงฟังเถิด

โลกและทุกคนที่อยู่ในโลกจงฟัง

พระยาห์เวห์องค์เจ้าชีวิตจะเป็นพยานกล่าวโทษท่าน

องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าจากพระวิหารศักดิ์สิทธิ์ของพระองค์

คำพิพากษาสะมาเรียและเยรูซาเล็ม

3ดูเถิด! องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้ากำลังเสด็จจากที่ประทับ

พระองค์เสด็จลงมาและทรงดำเนินอยู่บนเบื้องสูงของโลก

4ภูเขาหลอมละลายใต้พระองค์

และหุบเขาต่างๆ แยกออก

เหมือนขี้ผึ้งถูกลนไฟ

และเหมือนน้ำถาโถมลงมาตามลาดเขา

5ทั้งหมดนี้เนื่องมาจากการล่วงละเมิดของยาโคบ

เนื่องด้วยบาปทั้งหลายของพงศ์พันธุ์อิสราเอล

ยาโคบล่วงละเมิดอะไร?

ไม่ใช่สะมาเรียหรอกหรือ?

สถานบูชาบนที่สูงของยูดาห์นั้นคืออะไร?

ไม่ใช่เยรูซาเล็มหรอกหรือ?

6“ฉะนั้นเราจะทำให้สะมาเรียกลายเป็นซากปรักหักพัง

เป็นที่ทำสวนองุ่น

เราจะเทหินที่ใช้สร้างเมืองนั้นลงในหุบเขา

และจะเผยฐานรากของเมืองนั้นออกมา

7รูปเคารพทั้งปวงของสะมาเรียจะถูกทุบแตกเป็นชิ้นเล็กชิ้นน้อย

เครื่องถวายทั้งปวงในวิหารของเมืองนั้นจะถูกไฟเผา

เราจะทำลายเทวรูปทั้งหมดของเมืองนั้น

เนื่องจากสะมาเรียรวบรวมเครื่องถวายมาจากค่าจ้างของโสเภณี

มันจะถูกใช้เป็นค่าจ้างโสเภณีอีก”

คร่ำครวญไว้อาลัย

8ด้วยเหตุนี้ข้าพเจ้าจะร้องไห้คร่ำครวญ

จะเดินไปมาโดยเปลือยกายและเท้าเปล่า

ข้าพเจ้าจะร้องโหยหวนเหมือนหมาใน

และครวญครางเหมือนนกเค้าแมว

9เพราะบาดแผลของสะมาเรียเยียวยาไม่ได้

และลามมาถึงยูดาห์แล้ว

มาถึงประตูเมืองของพี่น้องร่วมชาติของข้าพเจ้า

มาถึงเยรูซาเล็มเลยทีเดียว

10อย่าบอกเรื่องนี้ในเมืองกัท1:10 คำว่ากัทมีเสียงคล้ายคำภาษาฮีบรูที่มีความหมายว่าบอก

การปกป้องคุ้มครองถูกยกไปจากท่านแล้ว

12บรรดาผู้อาศัยในมาโรท1:12 คำว่ามาโรทเสียงคล้ายคำภาษาฮีบรูที่มีความหมายว่าขมขื่นดิ้นทุรนทุรายด้วยความเจ็บปวด

รอคอยการบรรเทาทุกข์

เพราะภัยพิบัติจากองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า

มาถึงประตูเยรูซาเล็มแล้ว

13ท่านผู้อาศัยในลาคีช1:13 คำว่าลาคีชเสียงคล้ายคำภาษาฮีบรูที่มีความหมายว่าฝูงม้า

จงเทียมฝูงม้าเข้ากับรถม้าศึก

ท่านเป็นคนแรกที่นำธิดาแห่งศิโยน1:13 คือ ชาวเยรูซาเล็ม

ให้ทำบาป

เพราะได้พบการล่วงละเมิดของอิสราเอล

ในท่าน

14ฉะนั้นท่านจะให้ของขวัญอำลา

แก่โมเรเชทกัท

เมืองอัคซิบ1:14 แปลว่า ล่อลวงจะถูกจับได้ว่าหลอกลวง

บรรดากษัตริย์อิสราเอล

15เราจะนำผู้พิชิตมาเหนือเจ้า
