Salmo 148
1¡Aleluya!
Alaben al Señor desde los cielos,
alábenlo desde las alturas.
2Alábenlo, todos sus ángeles,
alábenlo, todos sus ejércitos.
3Alábenlo, sol y luna,
alábenlo, estrellas luminosas.
4Alábenlo ustedes, altísimos cielos,
y ustedes, las aguas que están sobre los cielos.
5Sea alabado el nombre del Señor,
porque él dio una orden y todo fue creado.
6Todo quedó afirmado para siempre;
emitió un estatuto que no será abolido.
7Alaben al Señor desde la tierra
los grandes animales marinos y las profundidades del mar,
8el rayo y el granizo, la nieve y la neblina,
el viento tempestuoso que obedece su palabra,
9los montes y todas las colinas,
los árboles frutales y todos los cedros,
10los animales salvajes y los domésticos,
los reptiles y las aves,
11los reyes de la tierra y todas las naciones,
los príncipes y los gobernantes de la tierra,
12los jóvenes y las jóvenes,
los ancianos y los niños.
13Alaben el nombre del Señor,
porque solo su nombre es exaltado;
su esplendor está por encima de la tierra y de los cielos.
14¡Él ha dado poder a su pueblo!148:14 ¡Él ha dado … su pueblo! Lit. ¡Él levantó un cuerno para su pueblo!
¡A él sea la alabanza de todos sus fieles,
de los hijos de Israel, su pueblo cercano!

3Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.
4Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.
5Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created.
6He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.
7Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps:
8Fire, and hail; snow, and vapour; stormy wind fulfilling his word:
9Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:
10Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:148.10 flying…: Heb. birds of wing
11Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:
12Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:
13Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.148.13 excellent: Heb. exalted
14He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD.
