1 Crônicas 8:1-40

Os Descendentes de Benjamim

1Benjamim gerou

Belá, seu filho mais velho;

Asbel, seu segundo filho, Aará, o terceiro;

2Noá, o quarto; e Rafa, o quinto.

3Estes foram os filhos de Belá:

Adar, Gera, pai de Eúde, 4Abisua, Naamã, Aoá, 5Gera, Sefufá e Hurão.

6Estes foram os descendentes de Eúde, chefes das famílias dos habitantes de Geba, que foram deportados para Manaate:

7Naamã, Aías e Gera. Esse Gera, pai de Uzá e de Aiúde, foi quem os deportou.

8Depois de ter se divorciado de suas mulheres Husim e Baara, Saaraim teve filhos na terra de Moabe. 9Com sua mulher Hodes ele gerou Jobabe, Zíbia, Messa, Malcã, 10Jeús, Saquias e Mirma. Esses foram seus filhos, chefes de famílias. 11Com Husim ele gerou Abitube e Elpaal.

12Estes foram os filhos de Elpaal:

Héber, Misã, Semede, que fundou Ono e Lode com seus povoados. 13Berias e Sema foram os chefes das famílias dos habitantes de Aijalom e foram eles que expulsaram os habitantes de Gate.

14Aiô, Sasaque, Jeremote, 15Zebadias, Arade, Éder, 16Micael, Ispa e Joá foram descendentes de Berias.

17Zebadias, Mesulão, Hizqui, Héber, 18Ismerai, Izlias e Jobabe foram descendentes de Elpaal.

19Jaquim, Zicri, Zabdi, 20Elienai, Ziletai, Eliel, 21Adaías, Beraías e Sinrate foram descendentes de Simei.

22Ispã, Héber, Eliel, 23Abdom, Zicri, Hanã, 24Hananias, Elão, Antotias, 25Ifdeias e Penuel foram descendentes de Sasaque.

26Sanserai, Searias, Atalias, 27Jaaresias, Elias e Zicri foram descendentes de Jeroão.

28Todos esses foram chefes de famílias, líderes, conforme alistados em suas genealogias, e moravam em Jerusalém.

33Ner gerou Quis, que gerou Saul. Saul gerou Jônatas, Malquisua, Abinadabe e Esbaal8.33 Também conhecido como Is-Bosete; também em 9.39..

34O filho de Jônatas foi

Meribe-Baal8.34 Também conhecido como Mefibosete; também em 9.40., que gerou Mica.

35Estes foram os filhos de Mica:

Pitom, Meleque, Tareia e Acaz.

36Acaz gerou Jeoada, Jeoada gerou Alemete, Azmavete e Zinri, e Zinri gerou Mosa. 37Mosa gerou Bineá, pai de Rafa, que foi o pai de Eleasa, pai de Azel.

38Azel teve seis filhos chamados

Azricão, Bocru, Ismael, Searias, Obadias e Hanã. Todos esses foram filhos de Azel.

39Estes foram os filhos de Eseque, seu irmão:

Ulão, o mais velho; Jeús, o segundo; e Elifelete, o terceiro. 40Os filhos de Ulão eram soldados valentes e bons flecheiros. Tiveram muitos filhos e netos, eram cento e cinquenta ao todo.

Todos esses foram descendentes de Benjamim.

The Family History of Saul

1Benjamin was the father of

Bela. Bela was his first son.

Ashbel was his second son. Aharah was the third.

2Nohah was the fourth. And Rapha was the fifth.

3The sons of Bela were

Addar, Gera, Abihud, 4Abishua, Naaman, Ahoah, 5Gera, Shephuphan and Huram.

6Here are the members of the family line of Ehud. They were the leaders of the families who were living in Geba. Later, they were taken away from their own land. They were forced to go to Manahath. 7The sons of Ehud were

Naaman, Ahijah and Gera. Gera took them away from their land. He was the father of Uzza and Ahihud.

8Sons were born to Shaharaim in Moab. That happened after he had divorced his wives Hushim and Baara. 9His wife Hodesh had sons by him. Their names were Jobab, Zibia, Mesha, Malkam, 10Jeuz, Sakia and Mirmah. His sons were the leaders of their families. 11His wife Hushim had Abitub and Elpaal by him.

12The sons of Elpaal were

Eber, Misham and Shemed. Shemed built Ono and Lod and the villages around it. 13Beriah and Shema were also sons of Elpaal. They were the leaders of the families who were living in Aijalon. Beriah and Shema drove out the people who were living in Gath.

14Ahio, Shashak, Jeremoth, 15Zebadiah, Arad, Eder, 16Michael, Ishpah and Joha were the sons of Beriah.

17Zebadiah, Meshullam, Hizki, Heber, 18Ishmerai, Izliah and Jobab were other sons of Elpaal.

19Jakim, Zikri, Zabdi, 20Elienai, Zillethai, Eliel, 21Adaiah, Beraiah and Shimrath were the sons of Shimei.

22Ishpan, Eber, Eliel, 23Abdon, Zikri, Hanan, 24Hananiah, Elam, Anthothijah, 25Iphdeiah and Penuel were the sons of Shashak.

26Shamsherai, Shehariah, Athaliah, 27Jaareshiah, Elijah and Zikri were the sons of Jeroham.

28All these men were the leaders of their families. They were listed as chiefs in their family history. They lived in Jerusalem.

29Jeiel lived in the city of Gibeon. He was the father of Gibeon.

Jeiel had a wife named Maakah. 30His oldest son was Abdon. His other sons were Zur, Kish, Baal, Ner, Nadab, 31Gedor, Ahio, Zeker 32and Mikloth. Mikloth was the father of Shimeah. Mikloth and Shimeah also lived in Jerusalem. They lived near their relatives.

33Ner was the father of Kish. Kish was the father of Saul. Saul was the father of Jonathan, Malki-Shua, Abinadab and Esh-Baal.

34The son of Jonathan was

Merib-Baal. Merib-Baal was the father of Micah.

35The sons of Micah were

Pithon, Melek, Tarea and Ahaz. 36Ahaz was the father of Jehoaddah. Jehoaddah was the father of Alemeth, Azmaveth and Zimri. Zimri was the father of Moza. 37Moza was the father of Binea. Raphah was Binea’s son. Eleasah was Raphah’s son. And Azel was Eleasah’s son.

38Azel had six sons. Their names were

Azrikam, Bokeru, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah and Hanan. All of them were the sons of Azel.

39Here are the sons of Azel’s brother Eshek.

Ulam was his first son. Jeush was the second. Eliphelet was the third. 40The sons of Ulam were brave fighting men. They could use a bow. They had many sons and grandsons. The total number of sons and grandsons was 150.

All these men belonged to the family line of Benjamin.
