Leviticus 2:1-16

The Grain Offering

1“ ‘When anyone brings a grain offering to the Lord, their offering is to be of the finest flour. They are to pour olive oil on it, put incense on it 2and take it to Aaron’s sons the priests. The priest shall take a handful of the flour and oil, together with all the incense, and burn this as a memorial2:2 Or representative; also in verses 9 and 16 portion on the altar, a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord. 3The rest of the grain offering belongs to Aaron and his sons; it is a most holy part of the food offerings presented to the Lord.

4“ ‘If you bring a grain offering baked in an oven, it is to consist of the finest flour: either thick loaves made without yeast and with olive oil mixed in or thin loaves made without yeast and brushed with olive oil. 5If your grain offering is prepared on a griddle, it is to be made of the finest flour mixed with oil, and without yeast. 6Crumble it and pour oil on it; it is a grain offering. 7If your grain offering is cooked in a pan, it is to be made of the finest flour and some olive oil. 8Bring the grain offering made of these things to the Lord; present it to the priest, who shall take it to the altar. 9He shall take out the memorial portion from the grain offering and burn it on the altar as a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord. 10The rest of the grain offering belongs to Aaron and his sons; it is a most holy part of the food offerings presented to the Lord.

11“ ‘Every grain offering you bring to the Lord must be made without yeast, for you are not to burn any yeast or honey in a food offering presented to the Lord. 12You may bring them to the Lord as an offering of the firstfruits, but they are not to be offered on the altar as a pleasing aroma. 13Season all your grain offerings with salt. Do not leave the salt of the covenant of your God out of your grain offerings; add salt to all your offerings.

14“ ‘If you bring a grain offering of firstfruits to the Lord, offer crushed heads of new grain roasted in the fire. 15Put oil and incense on it; it is a grain offering. 16The priest shall burn the memorial portion of the crushed grain and the oil, together with all the incense, as a food offering presented to the Lord.

هديهٔ آردی

1هرگاه كسی برای خداوند هديهٔ آردی آورد، هديهٔ او بايد از آرد مرغوب باشد. او بايد روغن زيتون روی آن بريزد و كندر بر آن بگذارد. 2سپس يک مشت از آن را كه نمونهٔ تمام هديه است به يكی از كاهنان بدهد تا آن را بسوزاند. اين هديه كه بر آتش تقديم می‌شود، مورد پسند خداوند خواهد بود. 3بقيهٔ آرد به هارون و پسرانش داده شود تا برای خوراک از آن استفاده كنند. قسمتی كه به كاهنان داده می‌شود بسيار مقدس است، زيرا از هديه‌ای گرفته شده كه به خداوند تقديم شده است.

4هرگاه كسی نان پخته شده در تنور برای خداوند هديه آورد، آن نان بايد بدون خميرمايه و از آرد مرغوب مخلوط با روغن زيتون تهيه شده باشد. از نان بدون خميرمايه كه روغن روی آن ماليده شده باشد نيز می‌توان به عنوان هديه استفاده كرد. 5اگر كسی نان پخته شده روی ساج هديه آورد، آن نان نيز بايد از آرد مرغوب بدون خميرمايه و مخلوط با روغن زيتون باشد. 6او بايد آن را تكه‌تكه كند و رويش روغن بريزد. اين نيز يک نوع هديهٔ آردی است. 7اگر هديهٔ شما در تابه پخته شود، آن هم بايد از آرد مرغوب و روغن زيتون باشد.

8اين هدايای آردی را نزد كاهن بياوريد تا به قربانگاه ببرد و به خداوند تقديم كند. 9كاهنان بايد فقط مقدار كمی از هديه را به عنوان نمونه بسوزانند. اين هديه كه بر آتش تقديم می‌شود، مورد پسند خداوند است. 10بقيهٔ هديه به كاهنان تعلق دارد. اين قسمت كه به كاهنان داده می‌شود بسيار مقدس است، زيرا از هديه‌ای گرفته شده كه به خداوند تقديم شده است.

11برای تهيهٔ هديه آردی كه به خداوند تقديم می‌شود از خميرمايه استفاده نكنيد، زيرا به کار بردن خميرمايه يا عسل در هدايايی كه بر آتش به خداوند تقديم می‌شود، جايز نيست. 12هنگام تقديم نوبر محصول خود به خداوند می‌توانيد از نان خميرمايه‌دار و عسل استفاده كنيد، ولی اين هديه را نبايد بر آتش قربانگاه بسوزانيد.

13به تمام هدايا بايد نمک بزنيد، چون نمک يادآور عهد خداست.

14هرگاه از نوبر محصول خود به خداوند هديه می‌دهيد دانه‌ها را از خوشه‌ها جدا كرده، بكوبيد و برشته كنيد. 15سپس روغن زيتون بر آن بريزيد و كندر روی آن بگذاريد، زيرا اين نيز نوعی هديهٔ آردی است. 16آنگاه كاهنان قسمتی از غلهٔ كوبيده شده و مخلوط با روغن را با تمام كندر به عنوان نمونه بر آتش بسوزانند و به خداوند تقديم كنند.
