Psalm 135
1Praise the Lord.
Praise the name of the Lord.
You who serve the Lord, praise him.
2You who serve in the house of the Lord, praise him.
You who serve in the courtyards of the temple of our God, praise him.
3Praise the Lord, because he is good.
Sing praise to his name, because that is pleasant.
4The Lord has chosen the people of Jacob to be his own.
He has chosen Israel to be his special treasure.
5I know that the Lord is great.
I know that our Lord is greater than all gods.
6The Lord does anything he wants to do
in the heavens and on the earth.
He does it even in the deepest parts of the oceans.
7He makes clouds rise from one end of the earth to the other.
He sends lightning with the rain.
He brings the wind out of his storerooms.
8He killed the oldest son of each family in Egypt.
He struck down the oldest males that were born to people and animals.
9He did miraculous signs in Egypt.
He did wonders against Pharaoh and everyone who served him.
10He destroyed many nations.
He killed mighty kings.
11He killed Sihon, the king of the Amorites,
and Og, the king of Bashan.
He killed all the kings of Canaan.
12He gave their land as a gift
to his people Israel.
13Lord, your name continues forever.
Lord, your fame will last for all time to come.
14When the Lord hands down his sentence, it will be in his people’s favor.
He will show deep concern for those who serve him.
15The statues of the nations’ gods are made out of silver and gold.
They are made by human hands.
16They have mouths but can’t speak.
They have eyes but can’t see.
17They have ears but can’t hear.
They have mouths but can’t breathe.
18Those who make statues of gods will be like them.
So will all those who trust in them.
19People of Israel, praise the Lord.
Priests of Aaron, praise the Lord.
20Tribe of Levi, praise the Lord.
You who have respect for the Lord, praise him.
21Give praise to the Lord in Zion.
Give praise to the God who lives in Jerusalem.

Kanta sa Pagdayaw
1Dayawa ang Ginoo! Dayawa ninyo siya, kamo nga iya mga alagad
2nga nagaalagad sa templo sang Ginoo nga aton Dios.
3Dayawa ang Ginoo kay maayo siya.
Magkanta kamo sang pagdayaw sa iya kay maayo ina nga himuon.
4Dayawa ninyo siya kay ginpili niya ang katawhan sang Israel nga mga kaliwat ni Jacob, nga mangin iya espesyal nga katawhan.
5Nakahibalo ako nga ang Ginoo gamhanan,
kag labaw sa tanan nga dios.
6Ginahimo sang Ginoo ang bisan ano nga naluyagan niya sa langit, sa duta, sa mga dagat kag sa mga kadadalman sini.
7Ginadala niya paibabaw ang mga panganod halin sa pinakamalayo nga parte sang kalibutan,
kag nagapadala siya sang mga kilat upod sa ulan.
Ginapaguwa niya ang hangin halin sa ila talaguan.
8Ginpamatay niya ang mga kamagulangan nga lalaki sang mga Egiptohanon kag pati ang mga kamagulangan sang ila mga sapat.
9Didto sa Egipto, naghimo siya sang mga milagro kag makatilingala nga mga butang sa pagsilot sa hari sang Egipto135:9 hari sang Egipto: sa Hebreo, Faraon. kag sa tanan niya nga opisyal.
10Ginpanglaglag niya ang madamo nga mga nasyon
kag ginpamatay niya ang gamhanan nga mga hari
11pareho kay Sihon nga hari sang mga Amornon, kay Og nga hari sang Bashan, kag ang tanan nga hari sang Canaan.
12Kag ginhatag niya ang ila duta sa iya katawhan nga mga Israelinhon agod ila panag-iyahan.
13Ginoo, ang imo ngalan kag pagkabantog dumdumon hasta san-o.
14Kay pamatud-an mo, Ginoo, nga wala sing sala ang imo katawhan nga imo mga alagad,
kag kaluoyan mo sila.
15Ang mga dios-dios sang iban nga mga nasyon hinimo man lang sang tawo halin sa pilak kag bulawan.
16May mga baba ini, pero indi makahambal;
may mga mata, pero indi makakita,
17may mga dulunggan, pero indi makabati,
kag wala ini nagaginhawa.
18Ang mga nagahimo sang sini nga mga dios-dios kag ang tanan nga nagasalig sa ila mangin pareho man sa ila nga wala sing pulos.
19-20Kamo nga katawhan sang Israel, pati kamo nga mga kaliwat ni Aaron kag iban pa nga mga kaliwat ni Levi, dayawa ninyo ang Ginoo!
Kamo nga nagatahod sa Ginoo, dayawa ninyo siya!
21Dayawa ang Ginoo nga ara sa Zion, ang siyudad sang Jerusalem nga iya puluy-an.
