A song for those who go up to Jerusalem to worship the Lord.
1Lord, I cry out to you
because I’m suffering so deeply.
2Lord, listen to me.
Pay attention to my cry for your mercy.
3Lord, suppose you kept a close watch on sins.
Lord, who then wouldn’t be found guilty?
4But you forgive.
So we can serve you with respect.
5With all my heart I wait for the Lord to help me.
I put my hope in his word.
6I wait for the Lord to help me.
I want his help more than night watchmen want the morning to come.

Pagtitiwala sa Panginoon sa Oras ng Paghihirap
1Panginoon, sa labis kong paghihirap akoʼy tumatawag sa inyo.
2Dinggin nʼyo po ang aking pagsusumamo.
3Kung inililista nʼyo ang aming mga kasalanan,
sino kaya sa amin ang matitira sa inyong presensya?130:3 matitira sa inyong presensya: o, makakatakas sa kaparusahan.
4Ngunit pinapatawad nʼyo kami, upang matuto kaming gumalang sa inyo.
5Panginoon, akoʼy naghihintay sa inyo,
at umaasa sa inyong mga salita.
6Naghihintay ako sa inyo higit pa sa tagabantay na naghihintay na dumating ang umaga.
7Mga taga-Israel, magtiwala kayo sa Panginoon,
dahil siyaʼy mapagmahal at laging handang magligtas.
8Siya ang magliligtas sa inyo sa lahat ng inyong mga kasalanan.
