መዝሙር 47
እግዚአብሔር፣ የእስራኤል ንጉሥና የዓለም ጌታ
ለመዘምራን አለቃ፤ የቆሬ ልጆች መዝሙር።
1ሕዝቦች ሁላችሁ እጆቻችሁን አጨብጭቡ፤
ድምፃችሁን ከፍ አድርጋችሁ ለእግዚአብሔር እልል በሉ።
2በምድር ሁሉ ላይ ታላቅ የሆነው ንጉሥ፣
ልዑል እግዚአብሔር የሚያስፈራ ነውና።
3ሕዝቦችን ከእኛ በታች አደረገ፤
መንግሥታትንም ከእግራችን ሥር አስገዛልን።
4ለሚወድደው ለያዕቆብ ክብር የሆነችውን፣
ርስታችንን እርሱ መረጠልን። ሴላ
5አምላክ በእልልታ፣
እግዚአብሔር በመለከት ድምፅ ዐረገ።
6አምላካችንን አወድሱት፤ አወድሱት፤
ንጉሣችንን አወድሱት፤ አወድሱት፤
7እግዚአብሔር የምድር ሁሉ ንጉሥ ነውና፤
ምርጥ ዝማሬ47፥7 ዕብራይስጡ ማስኪል ይላል፤ ይኸውም የሥነ ጽሑፉን ቅርጽ ወይም የሙዚቃውን ሁኔታ የሚያሳይ ሊሆን ይችላል። አቅርቡለት።
8እግዚአብሔር በሕዝቦች ላይ ነግሧል፤
እግዚአብሔር በተቀደሰ ዙፋኑ ላይ ተቀምጧል።
9ከአብርሃም አምላክ ሕዝብ ጋር፣
የሕዝቦች መኳንንት ተሰበሰቡ፤
የምድር ነገሥታት47፥9 ወይም ጋሾች የእግዚአብሔር ናቸውና፤
እርሱም እጅግ ከፍ ከፍ ያለ ነው።
Psalm 47
For the director of music. A psalm of the Sons of Korah.
1Clap your hands, all you nations.
Shout to God with cries of joy.
2Do this because the Lord Most High is wonderful.
He is the great King over the whole earth.
3He brought nations under our control.
He made them fall under us.
4He chose our land for us.
The people of Jacob are proud of their land,
and God loves them.
5God went up to his throne while his people were shouting with joy.
The Lord went up while trumpets were playing.
6Sing praises to God. Sing praises.
Sing praises to our King. Sing praises.
7God is the King of the whole earth.
Sing a psalm of praise to him.
8God rules over the nations.
He is seated on his holy throne.
9The nobles of the nations come together.
They are now part of the people of the God of Abraham.
The kings of the earth belong to God.
He is greatly honored.
