መዝሙር 14
አምላክ የለሽ ሰዎች
14፥1-7 ተጓ ምብ – መዝ 53፥1-6
ለመዘምራን አለቃ፤ የዳዊት መዝሙር።
1ሞኝ14፥1 በመዝሙረ ዳዊት ውስጥ ሞኝ ወይም ተላላ ተብለው የተተረጐሙት የዕብራይስጥ ቃላት ግብረ ገባዊ ንቅዘትን የሚያመለክቱ ናቸው። በልቡ፣
“እግዚአብሔር የለም” ይላል።
ብልሹዎች ናቸው፤ ተግባራቸውም ጸያፍ ነው፤
በጎ ነገር የሚሠራ አንድም የለም።
2የሚያስተውል፣ እግዚአብሔርን የሚፈልግ መኖሩን ለማየት፣
እግዚአብሔር ከሰማይ ወደ ሰው ልጆች ተመለከተ።
3ሁሉም ከመንገድ ወጥተዋል፤
በአንድ ላይም ብልሹ ሆነዋል፤
አንድ እንኳ፣
መልካም የሚያደርግ የለም።
4የእግዚአብሔርን ስም የማይጠሩት፣
ሕዝቤን እንደ እንጀራ የሚበሉት፣
ክፉ አድራጊዎች ሁሉ ዕውቀት የላቸውምን?
5ባሉበት ድንጋጤ ውጧቸዋል፤
እግዚአብሔር በጻድቃን መካከል ይገኛልና።
6እናንተ የድኾችን ዕቅድ ለማፋለስ ትሻላችሁ፤
እግዚአብሔር ግን መጠጊያቸው ነው።
7ምነው እስራኤልን የሚያድን ከጽዮን በወጣ!
እግዚአብሔር የሕዝቡን ምርኮ በሚመልስበት ጊዜ፣
ያዕቆብ ደስ ይበለው፤ እስራኤልም ሐሤት ያድርግ።

1The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
2The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.
3They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.14.3 filthy: Heb. stinking
4Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.
5There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.14.5 were…: Heb. they feared a fear
6Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD is his refuge.
7Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when the LORD bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.14.7 Oh…: Heb. Who will give
