زەبوورێکی داود.
1زەوی و هەرچی تێدایە هی یەزدانە،
جیهان و ئەوانەی تێیدا دەژین،
2چونکە لەسەر دەریاکان بناغەی داناوە و
لەسەر ڕووبارەکان دایمەزراندووە.
3کێ سەردەکەوێتە سەر کێوی یەزدان؟
کێ لە جێگای پیرۆزی ئەو دەوەستێت؟
4ئەوەی دەست پاک و دڵی بێگەرد بێت،
ئەوەی مەیلی شتی پووچ نەکات و
بە درۆ سوێند نەخوات.
5لە یەزدانەوە بەرەکەت بەدەستدەهێنێت،
لە خودای ڕزگارکەری بێتاوانکردن.
6ئەمەیە ئەو نەوەیەی دوای یەزدان دەکەوێت،
ئەوەی ڕوویان لە تۆ دەکەن، ئەی خودای یاقوب.24:6 لە دەقی عیبری لێرە و لە ئایەتی 10، وشەی سەلاە هەیە کە لەوانەیە ئاماژەیەکە بۆ وەستانی مۆسیقا و خوێندنەوە.
7ئەی دەروازەکان، سەر هەڵبڕن!
ئەی دەرگا دێرینەکان، بەرزبنەوە،
هەتا پاشای شکۆمەندی بێتە ژوورەوە.
8ئەم پاشایەی شکۆمەندی کێیە؟
یەزدانی بەهێز و دەسەڵاتدارە،
یەزدانی پاڵەوان لە جەنگ.
9ئەی دەروازەکان، سەر هەڵبڕن!
ئەی دەرگا دێرینەکان، بەرزبنەوە!
هەتا پاشای شکۆمەندی بێتە ژوورەوە.
10ئەم پاشایەی شکۆمەندی کێیە؟
یەزدانی سوپاسالار پاشای شکۆمەندییە.
Psalm 24
A psalm of David.
1The earth belongs to the Lord. And so does everything in it.
The world belongs to him. And so do all those who live in it.
2He set it firmly on the oceans.
He made it secure on the waters.
3Who can go up to the temple on the mountain of the Lord?
Who can stand in his holy place?
4Anyone who has clean hands and a pure heart.
Anyone who does not trust in the statue of a god.
Anyone who doesn’t use the name of that god when he makes a promise.
5People like that will receive the Lord’s blessing.
When God their Savior hands down his sentence, it will be in their favor.
6The people who look to God are like that.
God of Jacob, they look to you.
7Open wide, you gates.
Open up, you ancient doors.
Then the King of glory will come in.
8Who is the King of glory?
The Lord, who is strong and mighty.
The Lord, who is mighty in battle.
9Open wide, you gates.
Open wide, you ancient doors.
Then the King of glory will come in.
10Who is he, this King of glory?
The Lord who rules over all.
He is the King of glory.
