قسەی چوارەمی ئەیوب
1ئەیوبیش وەڵامی دایەوە:
2«ڕاستە ئێوە گەلێکن،
بە مردنتان داناییش دەمرێت،
3بەڵام منیش وەک ئێوە تێگەیشتنم هەیە،
من لە ئێوە کەمتر نیم.
ئایا ئەوەی تۆ دەیڵێیت لای هەموو کەسێک نەزانراوە؟
4«لە خودا پاڕامەوە و ئەویش وەڵامی دایەوە،
بەڵام بووم بە گاڵتەجاڕی هاوڕێیەکانم،
هەرچەندە پیاوێکی ڕاستودروست و بێ کەموکوڕیم، بوومە مایەی گاڵتەجاڕی!
5کەسێکی دڵنیا
گاڵتە بە شکستی پێ هەڵخلیسکاو دەکات.
6چادری تێکدەران ئارامە و
ئاسوودەییش بۆ ئەوانەی خودا تووڕە دەکەن،
بۆ ئەوانەی بە دەستی خۆیان بتەکانیان دەهێنن.
7«بەڵام پرسیار لە ئاژەڵان بکە، ئەوان فێرت دەکەن،
هەروەها پرسیار لە باڵندەی ئاسمانیش بکە، ئەوان پێت ڕادەگەیەنن؛
8یان لەگەڵ زەوی بدوێ، فێرت دەکات،
ماسی دەریاش بۆت باس دەکەن.
9کام لەمانە نازانێت کە
دەستی خودا ئەمەی ئەنجام داوە؟
10ئەوەی ژیانی هەموو زیندووێک و
ڕۆحی هەموو مرۆڤێکی لەناو دەستدایە؟
11ئایا گوێ قسەکان تاقی ناکاتەوە و
مەڵاشوو تامی خواردن ناکات؟
12لە ڕیش سپیێتی دانایی و
لە تەمەن درێژیش تێگەیشتن.
13«دانایی و تواناداری لەلای خوداوەیە،
ڕاوێژ و تێگەیشتن هی ئەون.
14ئەوەی دەڕووخێنێت بنیاد نانرێتەوە،
ئەگەر دەرگای لەسەر کەسێک داخست لێی ناکرێتەوە.
15ڕێ لە ئاو دەگرێت، وشکەساڵی دێت،
بەڕەڵای دەکات زەوی سەرەوژێر دەکات.
16هێز و دانایی لەلای ئەوە،
چەواشەکار و چەواشەکراو هی ئەون.
17ڕاوێژکاران بە پێ خاوسی دەبات،
دادوەران تووشی شێتی دەکات.
18کۆتی پاشاکان دەکاتەوە و
ناوقەدیان بە پشتێن دەبەستێتەوە.
19کاهینەکان بە پێ خاوسی دەبات و
پتەوەکان سەرەوژێر دەکات.
20ڕێگری گفتوگۆ لە شارەزایان دەکات،
ژیری لە پیران دەستێنێتەوە.
21سووکایەتی بەسەر پایەداراندا دەبارێنێت و
پشتێنی بەهێزان شل دەکاتەوە.
22قووڵاییەکان لە تاریکی ئاشکرا دەکات و
سێبەری مەرگ بۆ ڕووناکی دەردەخات.
23نەتەوەکان مەزن دەکات و لەناویان دەبات،
نەتەوەکان بەرفراوان دەکات و پەرتەوازەیان دەکات.
24مێشک لە سەرکردەکانی گەلی زەوی دەستێنێتەوە و
لە چۆڵەوانییەکی بێ ڕێگا وێڵیان دەکات.
25لە تاریکیدا بە پەلەکوتێ دەڕۆن و ڕووناکی نییە،
وەک سەرخۆش بە ئەملا و ئەولادا دەکەون.
Job
1Then Job replied:
2‘Doubtless you are the only people who matter,
and wisdom will die with you!
3But I have a mind as well as you;
I am not inferior to you.
Who does not know all these things?
4‘I have become a laughing-stock to my friends,
though I called on God and he answered –
a mere laughing-stock, though righteous and blameless!
5Those who are at ease have contempt for misfortune
as the fate of those whose feet are slipping.
6The tents of marauders are undisturbed,
and those who provoke God are secure –
those whom God has in his hand.12:6 Or those whose god is in their own hand
7‘But ask the animals, and they will teach you,
or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you;
8or speak to the earth, and it will teach you,
or let the fish in the sea inform you.
9Which of all these does not know
that the hand of the Lord has done this?
10In his hand is the life of every creature
and the breath of all mankind.
11Does not the ear test words
as the tongue tastes food?
12Is not wisdom found among the aged?
Does not long life bring understanding?
13‘To God belong wisdom and power;
counsel and understanding are his.
14What he tears down cannot be rebuilt;
those he imprisons cannot be released.
15If he holds back the waters, there is drought;
if he lets them loose, they devastate the land.
16To him belong strength and insight;
both deceived and deceiver are his.
17He leads rulers away stripped
and makes fools of judges.
18He takes off the shackles put on by kings
and ties a loincloth12:18 Or shackles of kings / and ties a belt round their waist.
19He leads priests away stripped
and overthrows officials long established.
20He silences the lips of trusted advisors
and takes away the discernment of elders.
21He pours contempt on nobles
and disarms the mighty.
22He reveals the deep things of darkness
and brings utter darkness into the light.
23He makes nations great, and destroys them;
he enlarges nations, and disperses them.
24He deprives the leaders of the earth of their reason;
he makes them wander in a trackless waste.
25They grope in darkness with no light;
he makes them stagger like drunkards.
