2Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
3Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.
4For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.90.4 when…: or, when he hath passed them
5Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up.90.5 groweth…: or, is changed
6In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth.
7For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled.
8Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.

11Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.
12So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.90.12 apply: Heb. cause to come
13Return, O LORD, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants.
14O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
15Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.
16Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children.
17And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
Salmo 90Salmo 90 Ang titulo sa Hebreo: Ang pangamuyo ni Moises nga alagad sang Dios.
Ang Dios kag ang Tawo
1Ginoo, ikaw ang amon puluy-an halin pa sang una.
2Sa wala mo pa matuga ang mga bukid kag ang kalibutan, ikaw na ang Dios,
kag ikaw gihapon ang Dios sa wala sing katapusan.
3Ikaw ang nagabuot sa kamatayon sang tawo;
ginabalik mo siya sa duta nga amo ang iya ginhalinan.
4Ang isa ka libo ka tuig sa amon daw isa lang ka adlaw sa imo nga nagligad na,
ukon daw malip-ot lang nga oras sa kagab-ihon.
5Ginabutangan mo sang katapusan ang amon kabuhi pareho sa damgo
6ukon pareho sa hilamon nga nagaulhot kag nagatubo kon aga, pero pagkahapon nagakalaya kag nagakapatay.
7Ang imo kaakig sa amon nagapahadlok kag nagalaglag sa amon.
8Nakita mo ang amon mga sala.
Bisan ang mga sala nga nahimo namon sa tago hayag sa imo presensya.
9Matuod nga sa imo kaakig mapatay kami;
matapos ang amon kabuhi sa daw isa lang ka panghayhay.
10Ang kalawigon sang amon kabuhi 70 ka tuig, ukon 80 ka tuig kon mabakod kami.
Pero bisan pa ang pinakamaayo namon nga mga tinuig madamo sang mga kagamo kag kalisod.
Matuod gid man nga sa indi madugay matapos ang amon kabuhi kag madula kami.
11Wala sing may nakaeksperiensya sang imo bug-os nga kaakig.
Kag samtang nagadugang ang amon ihibalo sa imo kaakig nagadugang man ang amon pagtahod sa imo.
12Paintiendiha kami nga kalip-ot lang sang amon kabuhi,
agod mangin mainalamon kami sa amon pagkabuhi.
13Ginoo, hasta san-o pa bala ang imo kaakig sa amon?
Talupangda kag kaluoyi kami nga imo mga alagad.
14Kada aga ipakita ang imo gugma sa amon agod magkanta kami sa kalipay kag mangin malipayon kami sa bug-os namon nga kabuhi.
15Hatagi kami sang kalipay nga pareho kalawig sa mga tinuig nga ginsilutan mo kami kag ginpaantos.
16Ipakita sa amon nga imo mga alagad, kag sa amon mga kaliwat, ang imo makatilingala nga binuhatan kag ang imo pagkagamhanan.
17Ginoo nga amon Dios, kabay pa nga pakamaayuhon mo kami kag hatagan sang kadalag-an sa tanan namon nga mga ginahimo.
