1Make haste, O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O LORD.70.1 to help…: Heb. to my help
2Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt.
3Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame that say, Aha, aha.
4Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.
5But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O LORD, make no tarrying.
دعای كمک
1خدايا، به ياری من بشتاب و مرا نجات ده! 2بگذار آنانی كه قصد جانم را دارند خجل و سرافكنده شوند و بدخواهان من پريشان گردند؛ 3بگذار كسانی كه مرا مسخره می‌كنند رسوا و ناكام شوند.
4همهٔ كسانی كه تو را طلب می‌كنند در تو شاد و خرسند باشند و آنانی كه نجات تو را دوست دارند پيوسته بگويند: «خداوند بزرگ است!»
5من فقير و نيازمند هستم. خدايا، به ياری من بشتاب! ای خداوند، تو مددكار و نجات دهندهٔ من هستی، پس تأخير مكن!
