8For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.
9I will walk before the LORD in the land of the living.
10I believed, therefore have I spoken: I was greatly afflicted:
11I said in my haste, All men are liars.
12What shall I render unto the LORD for all his benefits toward me?
13I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the LORD.
14I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people.
15Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.
16O LORD, truly I am thy servant; I am thy servant, and the son of thine handmaid: thou hast loosed my bonds.
17I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the LORD.
18I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people,

Ang Dios Nagaluwas sa Tawo sa Kamatayon
1Ginahigugma ko ang Ginoo,
kay ginapamatian niya ang akon pagpangayo sang bulig sa iya.
2Tungod kay ginapamatian niya ako, indi ako mag-untat sa pagpanawag sa iya samtang nagakabuhi ako.
3Nahadlok ako kay nabatyagan ko nga daw dali na lang ako mapatay;
ang kamatayon daw sa lubid nga nagaburambod sa akon.
Natublag gid ako kag nabalaka,
4gani nagpanawag ako sa Ginoo, “Ginoo, luwasa ako!”
5Ang Ginoo nga aton Dios maluluy-on, matarong, kag mabinalak-on.
6Ginaprotektaran niya ang mga wala sing alam.
Sang wala ako sing may mahimo ginluwas niya ako.
7Dapat magpakalig-on ako tungod kay maayo gid ang Ginoo sa akon,
8kay ginluwas niya ako sa kamatayon, sa kasubo116:8 kasubo: ukon, kasakit. Sa literal, paghibi. kag sa kalaglagan.116:8 kalaglagan: sa literal, pagkasandad.
9Gani magakabuhi ako nga malapit sa Ginoo diri sa kalibutan sang mga buhi.
10Nagatuo gihapon ako, bisan pa nga nagsiling ako,116:10 Nagatuo… nagsiling ako: ukon, Nagtuo ako, gani nagsiling ako. “Puwerte gid ang akon pag-antos.”
11Sa akon kahadlok nagsiling ako, “Wala gid sing tawo nga masaligan.”
12Ano bala ang maibalos ko sa Ginoo sa tanan niya nga kaayo sa akon?
13Magasimba ako sa Ginoo kag magadala ako sang halad nga ilimnon sa pagpasalamat sa iya sa pagluwas niya sa akon.
14Tumanon ko ang akon mga promisa sa iya sa presensya sang tanan niya nga katawhan.
15Nasakitan ang Ginoo kon may mapatay sa iya matutom nga katawhan.116:15 Nasakitan… katawhan: ukon, Bilidhon sa panulok sang Ginoo ang kamatayon sang iya matutom nga katawhan.
16Ginoo, matuod nga alagad mo ako.116:16 matuod nga alagad mo ako: ukon, matuod nga alagad mo ako pareho sa akon iloy nga alagad mo man.
Ginhilway mo ako sa pagkabihag.
17Magasimba ako sa imo
kag magahalad ako sang halad nga bilang pagpasalamat sa imo.
18Tumanon ko ang akon mga promisa sa imo sa presensya sang tanan mo nga katawhan
19didto sa lagwerta sang imo templo sa Jerusalem.
Dayawa ang Ginoo!
