1O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people.
2Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works.
3Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.
4Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face evermore.
5Remember his marvellous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;
6O ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye children of Jacob his chosen.
7He is the LORD our God: his judgments are in all the earth.
8He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.
9Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac;
10And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant:
11Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance:105.11 lot: Heb. cord
12When they were but a few men in number; yea, very few, and strangers in it.
13When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people;
14He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes;
15Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
16Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread.
17He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant:

19Until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him.
20The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free.
21He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance:105.21 substance: Heb. possession
22To bind his princes at his pleasure; and teach his senators wisdom.
23Israel also came into Egypt; and Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.
24And he increased his people greatly; and made them stronger than their enemies.
25He turned their heart to hate his people, to deal subtilly with his servants.
26He sent Moses his servant; and Aaron whom he had chosen.
27They shewed his signs among them, and wonders in the land of Ham.105.27 his…: Heb. words of his signs
28He sent darkness, and made it dark; and they rebelled not against his word.
29He turned their waters into blood, and slew their fish.
30Their land brought forth frogs in abundance, in the chambers of their kings.
31He spake, and there came divers sorts of flies, and lice in all their coasts.
32He gave them hail for rain, and flaming fire in their land.105.32 them…: Heb. their rain hail
33He smote their vines also and their fig trees; and brake the trees of their coasts.
34He spake, and the locusts came, and caterpillers, and that without number,
35And did eat up all the herbs in their land, and devoured the fruit of their ground.
36He smote also all the firstborn in their land, the chief of all their strength.
37He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.
38Egypt was glad when they departed: for the fear of them fell upon them.
39He spread a cloud for a covering; and fire to give light in the night.
40The people asked, and he brought quails, and satisfied them with the bread of heaven.
41He opened the rock, and the waters gushed out; they ran in the dry places like a river.
42For he remembered his holy promise, and Abraham his servant.
43And he brought forth his people with joy, and his chosen with gladness:105.43 gladness: Heb. singing
44And gave them the lands of the heathen: and they inherited the labour of the people;

Псалам 105
1Хвалите Господа, призивајте му име,
објавите његова дела међу народима.
2Певајте му, славите га песмом,
говорите о свим његовим чудесима.
3Хвалите се светим именом његовим,
нек се радују срца оних који траже Господа.
4Тражите Господа и његову снагу,
тражите свагда лице његово.
5Памтите чудеса која је учинио,
чуда и судове уста његових.
6О, семе Аврахамово, слуго његов,
децо Јаковљева, изабраници његови!
7Он је Господ, Бог наш,
судови су његови по свој земљи.
8Он се сећа увек његовог савеза,
речи што је заповеди за хиљаду нараштаја,
9који је склопио са Аврахамом,
и којим се заклео Исаку,
10за уредбу га је поставио Јакову,
Израиљу за вечни савез,
11говорећи: „Теби ћу дати земљу хананску,
као део вашега наследства.“
12Док их је још било мало,
тек шачица дошљака у земљи,
13лутајући од народа до народа,
од једног царства до другог,
14није дао ником да их тлачи,
ради њих је кажњавао цареве:
15„Не дирајте моје помазанике,
мојим пророцима злобу не чините!“
16Он је глад призвао на земљу,
укинуо свако снабдевање хлебом.
17Човека је послао пред њима,
Јосифа, проданог у робље.
18Ноге су му спутали ланцима,
а врат су му оковали гвожђем;
19све до часа кад се испунила реч о њему,
реч Господња га је прокушала.
20Цар је заповедио да га пусте,
владар народа га је ослободио.
21Поставио га је за господара куће,
за управитеља свих својих добара;
22да по својој вољи води му главаре,
старешине му мудро саветује.
23Тако је Израиљ дошао у Египат;
Јаков, дошљак у Хамовој земљи.
24И он је веома умножио свој народ,
бројнији су били од својих душмана.
25Окренуо им је срце да замрзе његов народ,
да му се на слуге пакосно окоме.
26Послао је Мојсија, свог слугу,
и Арона, свог изабраника.
27И они су пред њима приказали његове знакове
и чудеса по Хамовој земљи.
28Спустио је таму на њу, помрачио је,
и они105,28 Према стиху 26, јасно је да се ради о Мојсију и Арону. нису били непослушни његовој речи.
29Воде им је у крв претворио
и рибе им поморио.
30Земља им је врвела од жаба,
чак и одаје њихових царева.
31Заповедио је, па су обади и комарци
навалили на све њихове крајеве.
32Град им је као кишу дао
и пламене муње по њиховој земљи.
33Лозе им је и смокве сломио,
скршио им стабла по њиховом крају.
34Заповедио је, па су грунули
безбројни скакавци и гусенице.
35Обрстили су све биље њихове земље,
појели им летину са поља.
36Побио је све првенце њихове земље,
први плод све њихове мужевности.
37Извео их је са сребром и златом,
међу његовим племенима није било посрнулих.
38Египат је одахнуо када су изашли,
јер их је од њих спопала страхота.
39Облак је као заклон разастро
и пламен да ноћу светли.
40Молили су га и он им доведе препелице,
хлебом с неба их насити.
41Отворио је стену и воде прокуљаше,
потекле су као поток у земљи сувој.
42Јер се сетио свог светог обећања Аврахаму,
слузи своме.
43Извео је свој народ у радости,
уз клицање своје изабране.
44Дао им је земље туђинске,
запосели су труд народа;
45да би се држали његових прописа
и законе његове слушали.
