11Where is the dwelling of the lions, and the feedingplace of the young lions, where the lion, even the old lion, walked, and the lion’s whelp, and none made them afraid? 12The lion did tear in pieces enough for his whelps, and strangled for his lionesses, and filled his holes with prey, and his dens with ravin. 13Behold, I am against thee, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will burn her chariots in the smoke, and the sword shall devour thy young lions: and I will cut off thy prey from the earth, and the voice of thy messengers shall no more be heard.
Ang Pagkalaglag sa Nineve
1Ang manunulong nagaabante na padulong kanimo Nineve. Guwardyahi ang kota, bantayi ang dalan, andama ang imong kaugalingon, tigoma ang tanan mong kusog! 2Ang Ginoo mopahiuli sa katahom ni Jacob sama sa katahom sa Israel. Bisan tuod ang maglalag-lag naghimo niini nga walay kapuslanan ug nagguba sa ilang kaparasan.
3Ang mga taming sa mga kasundalohan mga pula; ug ang mga manggugubat naputos sa dagtong pula. Ang puthaw sa mga karwahe migilak sa adlaw nga sila giandam; ang bangkaw ng gikan sa Juniper giwara-wara na. 4Ang mga karwahi mihaguros sa mga kadalanan, nagdali sa pagbalik-balik sa plasa. Nahisama sila sa mga nagdilaab nga sulo. Mikilab sila sama sa kilat. 5Nineve mipatawag sa iyang pinili nga kasundalohan, apan nanga-pandol sila sa ilang agianan, nagdali sila sa paril sa siyudad, ang taming sa panalipod gipahimutang na. 6Ang pultahan sa kasapaan nalabay sa pag-abli ug ang palasyo nangatumpag. 7Gimbut-an na nga ang Nineve himoong binihag ug dad-on sa halayo. Ang iyang ulipong babaye miagulo sama sa salampati ug nagapukpok sa iyang dughan. 8Nineve sama ka sa napundo nga tubig nga nagakahubas. Hunong! Hunong! Sila misinggit apan walay usa nga mibalik.
9Kawata ang plata! Kawata ang bulawan! Ang tinubdan walay katapusan. Ang kabtangan sa tanang niyang bahandi! 10Gikuha na ang tanan! Gikawatan, gihukasan! Mga kasing-kasing natunaw, mga tuhod nangalusno, mga lawas nangu-rog, mga panagway nangluspad. 11-12Asa na ang lungga sa mga liyon ang dapit diin gipakaon nila ang mga gagmay nga liyon. Diin ang mga bayi ug laki nga liyon miadto lakip ang gagmay nga liyon nga walay kahadlukan. Ang liyon mipatay igo sa gagmay niyang liwat ug milouok sa iyang biktima alang sa iyang pares. Gipuno niya ang iyang puloy-anan sa iyang napatay ug ang lungga sa iyang biktima. 13Ako batok kanimo, nagaingon ang Ginoong Gamhanan. Akong sunogon ang imong karwahi inogn nga aso. Ug ang espada molamoy sa imong gagmay nga mga liyon. Dili ko ikaw binlan ug biktima sa yuta. Ang tingog sa imong mga mensahero dili na gayud mabati.
