si Zacarias kag ang mga kaupod niya nga 150 ka lalaki, nga halin sa pamilya ni Paros (may ara sang lista sang ila mga katigulangan);
4si Eliehoenai nga anak ni Zerahia kag ang mga kaupod niya nga 200 ka lalaki, nga halin sa pamilya ni Pahat Moab;
5si Shecania nga anak ni Jahaziel kag ang mga kaupod niya nga 300 ka lalaki, nga halin sa pamilya ni Zatu;
6si Ebed nga anak ni Jonatan kag ang mga kaupod niya nga 50 ka lalaki, nga halin sa pamilya ni Adin;
7si Jeshaya nga anak ni Atalia kag ang mga kaupod niya nga 70 ka lalaki, nga halin sa pamilya ni Elam;
8si Zebadia nga anak ni Micael kag ang mga kaupod niya nga 80 ka lalaki, nga halin sa pamilya ni Shefatia;
9si Obadias nga anak ni Jehiel kag ang mga kaupod niya nga 218 ka lalaki, nga halin sa pamilya ni Joab;
10si Shelomit nga anak ni Josifia kag ang mga kaupod niya nga 160 ka lalaki, nga halin sa pamilya ni Bani;
11si Zacarias nga anak ni Bebai kag ang mga kaupod niya nga 28 ka lalaki, nga halin sa pamilya ni Bebai;
12si Johanan nga anak ni Hakatan kag ang mga kaupod niya nga 110 ka lalaki, nga halin sa pamilya ni Azgad;
13si Elifelet, si Jeuel, kag si Shemaya kag ang mga kaupod nila nga 60 ka lalaki, nga amo ang nabilin sa Babilonia halin sa pamilya ni Adonikam;
14si Utai kag si Zacur kag ang mga kaupod nila nga 70 ka lalaki, nga halin sa pamilya ni Bigvai.
Ang Pagbalik Nila ni Ezra sa Jerusalem
15Gintipon ko ang maupod sa akon sa Jerusalem didto sa suba nga nagailig pakadto sa lugar sang Ahava. Nagkampo kami didto sing tatlo ka adlaw. Sang gintan-aw ko ang lista sang mga tawo nga maupod sa akon, pati na ang mga pari, nasapwan ko nga wala didto sing mga Levita. 16Gani ginpatawag ko ang mga pangulo sang grupo nga sila ni Eliezer, Ariel, Shemaya, Elnatan, Jarib, Elnatan, Natan, Zacarias, kag Meshulam, kag ang duha ka maalam nga tawo nga si Joyarib kag si Elnatan. 17Ginpakadto ko sila kay Iddo nga pangulo sang lugar sang Casifia agod pangabayon siya kag ang iya mga paryente nga mga suluguon sa templo nga magpadala sila sang mga tawo nga mag-alagad sa templo sang Dios. 18Tungod nga ginabuligan kami sang Dios, ginpadala nila sa amon si Sherebia, kaupod ang iya mga anak kag mga utod nga lalaki nga 18 ka bilog. Si Sherebia maabilidad nga tawo kag kaliwat siya ni Mali nga kaliwat ni Levi. Nagpuasa kag Nagpangamuyo Sila ni Ezra
21Didto sa kilid sang Suba sang Ahava, nagsiling ako sa grupo nga magpuasa kami kag magpaubos sang amon kaugalingon sa presensya sang amon Dios agod pangabayon siya nga bantayan niya kami sa amon pagpanglakaton, pati ang amon mga kabataan kag mga pagkabutang. 22Kay nahuya ako magpangayo sa hari sang mga soldado kag mga manugkabayo nga magbantay sa amon kontra sa mga kaaway samtang nagapanglakaton kami, tungod kay nagsiling na kami sa hari nga ginabuligan sang amon Dios ang tanan nga nagasalig sa iya, pero akig gid ang Dios sa mga nagasikway sa iya. 23Gani nagpuasa kag nagpangamuyo kami sa amon Dios nga bantayan niya kami, kag ginsabat niya ang amon pangamuyo.
Ang mga Halad para sa Templo
24Nagpili ako sang dose ka tawo halin sa mga nagapangulo nga mga pari, wala labot kay Sherebia, Hashabia, kag sa napulo ka paryente nila. 25Pagkatapos gintugyan ko sa ila nga wala sing kulang8:25 gintugyan ko sa ila nga wala sing kulang: sa literal, ginkilo ko kag gintugyan sa ila. ang mga pilak, bulawan, kag mga kagamitan nga ginhatag sang hari, sang iya mga manuglaygay, sang iya mga opisyal, kag sang madamo nga mga Israelinhon para bulig sa templo sang amon Dios. 26-27Amo ini ang akon gintugyan sa ila:

30Gani ginkuha sang mga pari kag sang mga Levita ang mga pilak, mga bulawan, kag ang mga kagamitan nga wala sing kulang, agod dal-on sa templo sang amon Dios sa Jerusalem.
Ang Pagbalik sa Jerusalem
31Naghalin kami sa Suba sang Ahava kag naglakat pakadto sa Jerusalem sadtong ikadose nga adlaw sang nahauna nga bulan. Ginbuligan kami sang amon Dios kag ginprotektaran niya kami kontra sa mga kaaway kag mga tulisan samtang nagapanglakaton kami. 32Pag-abot namon sa Jerusalem, nagpahuway kami anay sing tatlo ka adlaw.
33Sang ikaapat nga adlaw, nagkadto kami sa templo sang amon Dios kag gintugyan namon ang mga pilak, mga bulawan, kag ang mga kagamitan nga wala sing kulang kay Meremot nga pari nga anak ni Uria. Kaupod niya si Eleazar nga anak ni Finehas kag ang duha ka Levita nga si Jozabad nga anak ni Jeshua kag si Noadia nga anak ni Binui. 34Gin-isip kag ginkilo ato tanan, kag ginlista.
35Dayon ang tanan nga nagbalik halin sa pagkabihag naghalad sa Dios sang Israel sang mga halad nga ginasunog: 12 ka turo nga baka para sa bug-os nga Israel, 96 ka gulang nga karnero nga lalaki, kag 77 ka bataon nga karnero nga lalaki. Naghalad man sila sang 12 ka kanding nga lalaki bilang halad sa pagpakatinlo. Ini tanan mga halad nga ginasunog para sa Ginoo. 36Ginhatag man nila sa mga gobernador kag mga opisyal sang probinsya sa nakatundan sang Eufrates ang dokumento nga sa diin nakasulat ang mando sang hari. Kag ini nga mga pangulo nagbulig sa katawhan sang Israel kag sa templo sang Dios.

15¶ And I gathered them together to the river that runneth to Ahava; and there abode we in tents three days: and I viewed the people, and the priests, and found there none of the sons of Levi.8.15 abode: or, pitched 16Then sent I for Eliezer, for Ariel, for Shemaiah, and for Elnathan, and for Jarib, and for Elnathan, and for Nathan, and for Zechariah, and for Meshullam, chief men; also for Joiarib, and for Elnathan, men of understanding. 17And I sent them with commandment unto Iddo the chief at the place Casiphia, and I told them what they should say unto Iddo, and to his brethren the Nethinims, at the place Casiphia, that they should bring unto us ministers for the house of our God.8.17 I told…: Heb. I put words in their mouth 18And by the good hand of our God upon us they brought us a man of understanding, of the sons of Mahli, the son of Levi, the son of Israel; and Sherebiah, with his sons and his brethren, eighteen; 19And Hashabiah, and with him Jeshaiah of the sons of Merari, his brethren and their sons, twenty; 20Also of the Nethinims, whom David and the princes had appointed for the service of the Levites, two hundred and twenty Nethinims: all of them were expressed by name.
21¶ Then I proclaimed a fast there, at the river of Ahava, that we might afflict ourselves before our God, to seek of him a right way for us, and for our little ones, and for all our substance. 22For I was ashamed to require of the king a band of soldiers and horsemen to help us against the enemy in the way: because we had spoken unto the king, saying, The hand of our God is upon all them for good that seek him; but his power and his wrath is against all them that forsake him. 23So we fasted and besought our God for this: and he was intreated of us.
24¶ Then I separated twelve of the chief of the priests, Sherebiah, Hashabiah, and ten of their brethren with them, 25And weighed unto them the silver, and the gold, and the vessels, even the offering of the house of our God, which the king, and his counsellors, and his lords, and all Israel there present, had offered: 26I even weighed unto their hand six hundred and fifty talents of silver, and silver vessels an hundred talents, and of gold an hundred talents; 27Also twenty basons of gold, of a thousand drams; and two vessels of fine copper, precious as gold.8.27 fine…: Heb. yellow, or, shining brass8.27 precious: Heb. desirable 28And I said unto them, Ye are holy unto the LORD; the vessels are holy also; and the silver and the gold are a freewill offering unto the LORD God of your fathers. 29Watch ye, and keep them, until ye weigh them before the chief of the priests and the Levites, and chief of the fathers of Israel, at Jerusalem, in the chambers of the house of the LORD. 30So took the priests and the Levites the weight of the silver, and the gold, and the vessels, to bring them to Jerusalem unto the house of our God.
31¶ Then we departed from the river of Ahava on the twelfth day of the first month, to go unto Jerusalem: and the hand of our God was upon us, and he delivered us from the hand of the enemy, and of such as lay in wait by the way. 32And we came to Jerusalem, and abode there three days.
33¶ Now on the fourth day was the silver and the gold and the vessels weighed in the house of our God by the hand of Meremoth the son of Uriah the priest; and with him was Eleazar the son of Phinehas; and with them was Jozabad the son of Jeshua, and Noadiah the son of Binnui, Levites; 34By number and by weight of every one: and all the weight was written at that time. 35Also the children of those that had been carried away, which were come out of the captivity, offered burnt offerings unto the God of Israel, twelve bullocks for all Israel, ninety and six rams, seventy and seven lambs, twelve he goats for a sin offering: all this was a burnt offering unto the LORD.
36¶ And they delivered the king’s commissions unto the king’s lieutenants, and to the governors on this side the river: and they furthered the people, and the house of God.
