Salmo 95
1Venid, cantemos con júbilo al Señor;
aclamemos a la roca de nuestra salvación.
2Lleguemos ante él con acción de gracias,
aclamémoslo con cánticos.
3Porque el Señor es el gran Dios,
el gran Rey sobre todos los dioses.
4En sus manos están los abismos de la tierra;
suyas son las cumbres de los montes.
5Suyo es el mar, porque él lo hizo;
con sus manos formó la tierra firme.
6Venid, postrémonos reverentes,
doblemos la rodilla
ante el Señor nuestro Hacedor.
7Porque él es nuestro Dios
y nosotros somos el pueblo de su prado;
¡somos un rebaño bajo su cuidado!
Si oís hoy su voz,
8no endurezcáis el corazón, como en Meribá,95:8 En hebreo, Meribá significa altercado.
como aquel día en Masá,95:8 En hebreo, Masá significa prueba o provocación. en el desierto,
9cuando vuestros antepasados me tentaron,
cuando me pusieron a prueba,
a pesar de haber visto mis obras.
10Cuarenta años estuve enojado
con aquella generación,
y dije: «Son un pueblo mal encaminado
que no reconoce mis senderos».
11Así que, en mi enojo, hice este juramento:
«Jamás entrarán en mi reposo».

10Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:
