申命记 21:1-23

杀人疑案的处理

1“在你们的上帝耶和华将要赐给你们的土地上,如果发现有人被杀,陈尸野外,却不知道凶手是谁, 2当地的长老和审判官就要去测量一下尸体距附近各城邑的距离。 3距离尸体最近的那城的长老们要牵一头从未负过轭、从未耕过地的小母牛, 4去有溪流但无人耕种过的山谷,在那里把它的颈项打断。 5利未祭司也要去,因为你们的上帝耶和华拣选他们在祂面前事奉、奉祂的名为人祝福并审理各种纠纷及人身伤害的事。 6那城的长老们要在被打断颈项的小母牛上方洗手, 7然后祷告说,‘我们的手没有杀这人,我们的眼也没有看见谁杀了他。 8耶和华啊,求你赦免你已经救赎的以色列子民,不要把杀害这无辜之人的罪算在你的子民身上。’这样,杀人的罪便可得到赦免。 9你们做耶和华视为正的事,就可以从你们中间除去杀害无辜之人的罪。

娶女俘的条例

10“你们和敌人交战时,你们的上帝耶和华会把敌人交给你们,使他们成为你们的俘虏。 11如果你们有人在俘虏中看见美丽的女子,被她吸引,想娶她为妻, 12就可以带她回家,让她剃去头发,修剪指甲, 13换掉被俘时所穿的衣服,住在那人家中为她父母哀悼一个月。之后,那人便可以和她结为夫妻。 14如果那人不喜欢她,则要让她自由离去,不可卖掉她,也不可奴役她,因为他已经羞辱了她。

长子的权利

15“如果一个人有两个妻子,一个受他宠爱,一个不受他宠爱,二人都给他生了儿子,但长子是不受宠爱的妻子生的, 16分产业的时候,他不可废长立幼,把长子的权利给他所爱之妻生的儿子。 17他必须承认他不爱之妻所生的长子的名分,分给他双份产业,因为长子是他壮年时所生的儿子,应享有长子的权利。

惩处逆子的条例

18“如果一个人的儿子冥顽不灵、悖逆成性、屡教不改, 19他父母要抓住他,把他带到城门口去见本城的长老,对他们说, 20‘我们这个儿子冥顽不灵、悖逆成性,不肯听从我们,是个贪吃好酒之徒。’ 21全城的人都要用石头打死他,从你们中间除掉这种罪恶。所有以色列人听说后,都会感到害怕。

罪犯尸体的处理

22“如果有人犯了死罪,尸体被挂在木头上, 23不可让尸体在木头上过夜,必须当天埋葬,因为凡挂在木头上的人都是上帝所咒诅的。你们不可玷污你们的上帝耶和华将要赐给你们的土地。

Deuteronomy 21:1-23

1If one be found slain in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it, lying in the field, and it be not known who hath slain him: 2Then thy elders and thy judges shall come forth, and they shall measure unto the cities which are round about him that is slain: 3And it shall be, that the city which is next unto the slain man, even the elders of that city shall take an heifer, which hath not been wrought with, and which hath not drawn in the yoke; 4And the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto a rough valley, which is neither eared nor sown, and shall strike off the heifer’s neck there in the valley: 5And the priests the sons of Levi shall come near; for them the LORD thy God hath chosen to minister unto him, and to bless in the name of the LORD; and by their word shall every controversy and every stroke be tried:21.5 word: Heb. mouth 6And all the elders of that city, that are next unto the slain man, shall wash their hands over the heifer that is beheaded in the valley: 7And they shall answer and say, Our hands have not shed this blood, neither have our eyes seen it. 8Be merciful, O LORD, unto thy people Israel, whom thou hast redeemed, and lay not innocent blood unto thy people of Israel’s charge. 10¶ When thou goest forth to war against thine enemies, and the LORD thy God hath delivered them into thine hands, and thou hast taken them captive, 11And seest among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast a desire unto her, that thou wouldest have her to thy wife; 12Then thou shalt bring her home to thine house; and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails;21.12 pare: or, suffer to grow: Heb. make, or, dress 13And she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife. 14And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her, then thou shalt let her go whither she will; but thou shalt not sell her at all for money, thou shalt not make merchandise of her, because thou hast humbled her.

15¶ If a man have two wives, one beloved, and another hated, and they have born him children, both the beloved and the hated; and if the firstborn son be hers that was hated: 16Then it shall be, when he maketh his sons to inherit that which he hath, that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, which is indeed the firstborn: 17But he shall acknowledge the son of the hated for the firstborn, by giving him a double portion of all that he hath: for he is the beginning of his strength; the right of the firstborn is his.21.17 that…: Heb. that is found with him

18¶ If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them: 19Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place; 20And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard. 21And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear.

22¶ And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree: 23His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.21.23 accursed…: Heb. the curse of God
