28– И остальной народ – священнослужители, левиты, привратники, певцы, храмовые слуги и все, кто ради Закона Всевышнего отделился от чужеземных народов, вместе со своими жёнами, и всеми своими сыновьями, и дочерьми, которые способны понимать, – 29все они ныне присоединяются к своим братьям из знати и связывают себя проклятием и клятвой следовать Закону Вечного, данному через Мусо, раба Всевышнего, и бережно исполнять все повеления, законы и установления Вечного, нашего Владыки.
30Мы обещаем не отдавать своих дочерей в жёны народам, которые вокруг нас, и не брать их дочерей за своих сыновей.
31Если народы, которые вокруг нас, принесут на продажу товары или зерно в субботу10:31 См. сноску на 9:14., то мы не станем покупать у них в субботу или в какой-либо другой святой день. Каждый седьмой год мы не будем обрабатывать землю и будем прощать все долги.
32Мы берём на себя обязательство исполнять повеления о том, чтобы каждый год давать по четыре грамма10:32 Букв.: «треть шекеля». серебра на нужды дома нашего Бога: 33на священный хлеб, на постоянные хлебные приношения и всесожжения, на приношения в субботу, Новолуние и в установленные праздники, на священные пожертвования, на жертвы за грех10:33 См. таблицы: «Праздники в Исроиле» и «Жертвоприношения в Исроиле» на странице ##., чтобы очищать Исроил, и на все работы в доме нашего Бога.
34Мы, священнослужители, левиты и народ, бросили жребий, чтобы узнать, когда каждая из наших семей должна доставлять дрова в дом нашего Бога в установленные сроки каждый год, чтобы жечь их на жертвеннике Вечного, нашего Бога, как написано в Законе.
35Ещё мы берём на себя обязанность каждый год доставлять в дом Вечного первые плоды от наших урожаев и от каждого плодового дерева.
36И как ещё написано в Законе, мы будем приводить к священнослужителям в доме нашего Бога первенцев из наших сыновей и первородное от скота – из наших стад и отар.
37Ещё мы будем приносить в хранилища дома нашего Бога, к священнослужителям, муку первого помола, наши хлебные приношения от первых плодов, первые плоды всех наших деревьев и нашего молодого вина и масла. Мы будем приносить десятую часть наших урожаев левитам, ведь это левитам надлежит собирать десятую часть во всех городах, где мы обрабатываем землю. 38Когда левиты собирают десятую часть, их должен сопровождать священнослужитель, ведущий свой род от Хоруна, а левиты должны доставлять десятую часть от десятой части в дом нашего Бога, в комнаты хранилища. 39Народ Исроила, включая левитов, должен приносить свои пожертвования зерна, молодого вина и масла в хранилища, где хранятся предметы для святилища и где живут священнослужители, которые находятся на службе, и привратники, а также певцы.
Мы не оставим дом нашего Бога.

28¶ And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the porters, the singers, the Nethinims, and all they that had separated themselves from the people of the lands unto the law of God, their wives, their sons, and their daughters, every one having knowledge, and having understanding; 29They clave to their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God’s law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord, and his judgments and his statutes;10.29 by: Heb. by the hand of 30And that we would not give our daughters unto the people of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons: 31And if the people of the land bring ware or any victuals on the sabbath day to sell, that we would not buy it of them on the sabbath, or on the holy day: and that we would leave the seventh year, and the exaction of every debt.10.31 every…: Heb. every hand
32Also we made ordinances for us, to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God; 33For the shewbread, and for the continual meat offering, and for the continual burnt offering, of the sabbaths, of the new moons, for the set feasts, and for the holy things, and for the sin offerings to make an atonement for Israel, and for all the work of the house of our God. 34And we cast the lots among the priests, the Levites, and the people, for the wood offering, to bring it into the house of our God, after the houses of our fathers, at times appointed year by year, to burn upon the altar of the LORD our God, as it is written in the law: 35And to bring the firstfruits of our ground, and the firstfruits of all fruit of all trees, year by year, unto the house of the LORD: 36Also the firstborn of our sons, and of our cattle, as it is written in the law, and the firstlings of our herds and of our flocks, to bring to the house of our God, unto the priests that minister in the house of our God: 37And that we should bring the firstfruits of our dough, and our offerings, and the fruit of all manner of trees, of wine and of oil, unto the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God; and the tithes of our ground unto the Levites, that the same Levites might have the tithes in all the cities of our tillage. 38And the priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes: and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes unto the house of our God, to the chambers, into the treasure house. 39For the children of Israel and the children of Levi shall bring the offering of the corn, of the new wine, and the oil, unto the chambers, where are the vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests that minister, and the porters, and the singers: and we will not forsake the house of our God.
