2Услышь нас, Пастух Исраила,
Ты, Который водит Юсуфа, как овец.
Восседающий на херувимах, воссияй!
3Перед Ефраимом, Вениамином и Манассой
пробуди силу Свою;
приди и спаси нас!
4Всевышний, восстанови нас!
Да озарит нас свет лица Твоего,
и будем спасены.
5О Вечный, Бог Сил,
как долго ещё будешь гневаться
на молитвы Своего народа?
6Напитал Ты нас слезами, как хлебом,
напоил нас ими сполна,
7сделал нас причиной раздора соседей,
и враги наши насмехаются над нами.
8Бог Сил, восстанови нас!
Да озарит нас свет лица Твоего,
и будем спасены.
9Из Египта Ты перенёс лозу виноградную,
изгнал народы и посадил её,
10очистил для неё место.
Принялись её корни,
и она наполнила землю.
11Горы покрылись её тенью,
и могучие кедры – её ветвями79:11 Или: «а ветви её – как могучие кедры»..
12Она пустила свои ветви до Средиземного моря
и побеги свои – до реки Евфрат.
13Для чего разрушил Ты её ограды,
так что все проходящие мимо обрывают её плоды?
14Лесной кабан подрывает её,
и дикие звери объедают её.
15О Бог Сил, возвратись к нам!
Взгляни с неба и посмотри на нас!
И сохрани этот виноград,
16что посадила правая рука Твоя,
и поросль79:16 Букв.: «сына»., что взрастил Ты для Себя.
17Твой виноград пожжён огнём, обсечён;
от Твоего гнева погибает народ Твой.
18Да будет рука Твоя над избранным Тобой народом,
над народом79:18 Букв.: «Да будет рука Твоя над человеком правой руки Твоей, над сыном человека…», который Ты укрепил для Себя.
19Тогда мы не отступим от Тебя;
оживи нас, и мы будем призывать имя Твоё.
20Вечный, Бог Сил, восстанови нас!
Да озарит нас свет лица Твоего,
и будем спасены.

1O God, the heathen are come into thine inheritance; thy holy temple have they defiled; they have laid Jerusalem on heaps.79.1 of: or, for
2The dead bodies of thy servants have they given to be meat unto the fowls of the heaven, the flesh of thy saints unto the beasts of the earth.
3Their blood have they shed like water round about Jerusalem; and there was none to bury them.
4We are become a reproach to our neighbours, a scorn and derision to them that are round about us.
5How long, LORD? wilt thou be angry for ever? shall thy jealousy burn like fire?
6Pour out thy wrath upon the heathen that have not known thee, and upon the kingdoms that have not called upon thy name.
7For they have devoured Jacob, and laid waste his dwelling place.
8O remember not against us former iniquities: let thy tender mercies speedily prevent us: for we are brought very low.79.8 former…: or, the iniquities of them that were before us
9Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of thy name: and deliver us, and purge away our sins, for thy name’s sake.
10Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is their God? let him be known among the heathen in our sight by the revenging of the blood of thy servants which is shed.79.10 revenging: Heb. vengeance
