2Klap i hænderne af glæde, alle folkeslag!
Bryd ud i jubelråb for vor Gud!
3For Herren er Gud over alle guder,
den mægtigste hersker over hele jorden.
4Han undertvinger folkeslagene,
og lægger vore fjender for vore fødder.
5Han udvalgte et land, som han gav os.
Hans elskede folk, Israel, er stolt over at eje det.
6Gud stiger op på sin trone under jubelråb
til fanfarer fra vædderhornet.
7Lovsyng Gud, ja syng!
Lovsyng Kongen, ja syng!
8For Gud er Konge over hele jorden,
pris ham med sang!
9Han sidder på sin hellige trone,
hvorfra han regerer over alle folkeslag.
10Lad nationernes fyrster samles
og prise ham sammen med Abrahams Guds folk.
Han har autoritet over alle jordens fyrster.
Han er større end alt og alle.
