Ang Panan-awon bahin sa Bulawan nga Butanganan ug Suga ug sa Duha ka Kahoyng Olibo
1Mibalik ang anghel nga nakigsulti kanako ug gipukaw niya ako kay daw sa nakatulog ako. 2Nangutana siya kanako, “Unsa ang imong nakita?” Mitubag ako, “Nakita ko ang usa ka bulawan nga butanganan ug suga. Sa ibabaw niini may yahong nga butanganan ug lana nga may pito ka tubo alang sa pabilo sa mga suga. 3May duha ka kahoyng olibo sa matag kilid niini; ang usa sa tuo sa yahong ug ang usa sa wala.”
4Nangutana ako sa anghel nga nakigsulti kanako, “Unsay buot ipasabot niini, sir?” 5Mitubag siya, “Wala ka ba masayod kon unsay buot ipasabot niini?” Mitubag ako, “Wala, sir.” 6Unya miingon siya kanako, “Sa dili ko pa tubagon ang imong pangutana, pamatia kining mensahe sa Ginoo nga Makagagahom ngadto kang Zerubabel:4:6 Zerubabel: Gobernador sa Juda sa panahon nga gipadayon ang pagpatukod pag-usab sa templo.
“Zerubabel, mahuman mo ang pagpatukod sa templo dili pinaagi sa kusog o katakos sa tawo kondili pinaagi sa akong Espiritu.4:6 Espiritu: o, espiritu; o, gahom. 7Bisan sama kadako sa bukid ang mga babag nga imong atubangon, mapatag kana. Mahuman gayod ang templo. Ug samtang ginabutang ang kataposang bato niini, mosinggit ang mga tawo, ‘Ginoo, bendisyoni kining templo!’4:7 Ginoo, bendisyoni kining templo: o, Pagkatahom gayod.”
8Busa pinaagi sa anghel, miingon ang Ginoo kanako 9nga mahuman ang templo ubos sa pagdumala ni Zerubabel, sa samang paagi nga natukod ang pundasyon niini pinaagi usab sa iyang pagdumala. Ug kon mahitabo na kini mahibaloan ninyo nga ang Ginoo nga Makagagahom mao ang nagpadala kanako diha kaninyo. 10May mga tawong nanaway tungod kay gamay pa lang ang nahimo sa pagtukod sa templo. Apan maglipay ra unya sila inigkakita nila nga ibutang na ni Zerubabel ang kataposan ug pinili nga bato sa templo.
Unya miingon kanako ang anghel, “Kanang pito ka suga nagarepresentar sa mata sa Ginoo nga nagatan-aw sa tibuok kalibotan.”
11Nangutana ako sa anghel, “Unsa ang buot ipasabot nianang duha ka kahoyng olibo sa tuo ug sa wala nga bahin sa butanganan ug suga? 12Ug unsay buot ipasabot nianang duha ka sanga sa kahoyng olibo sa isigka-kilid sa duha ka bulawan nga tubo alang sa pabilo?” 13Mitubag siya, “Wala ka mahibalo kon unsa ang buot ipasabot niana?” Mitubag ako, “Wala, sir.” 14Busa miingon siya, “Nagakahulogan kana sa duha ka tawo4:14 duha ka tawo: Si Josue ug si Zerubabel. nga gipili aron sa pag-alagad sa Ginoo nga nagagahom sa tibuok kalibotan.”
A Vision of the Gold Lampstand and Two Olive Trees
1Then the angel who was talking with me returned. He woke me up. It was as if I had been asleep. 2“What do you see?” he asked me.
“I see a solid gold lampstand,” I answered. “It has a bowl on top of it. There are seven lamps on it. Seven tubes lead to the lamps. 3There are two olive trees by the lampstand. One is on its right side. The other is on its left.”
4I asked the angel who was talking with me, “Sir, what are these?”
5He answered, “Don’t you know what they are?”
“No, sir,” I replied.
6So he said to me, “A message from the Lord came to Zerubbabel. The Lord said, ‘Your strength will not get my temple rebuilt. Your power will not do it either. Only the power of my Spirit will do it,’ says the Lord who rules over all.
7“So nothing can stop Zerubbabel from completing the temple. Even a mountain of problems will be smoothed out by him. When the temple is finished, he will put its most important stone in place. Then the people will shout, ‘God bless it! God bless it!’ ”
8Then a message from the Lord came to me. His angel said, 9“The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this temple. His hands will also complete it. Then you will know that the Lord who rules over all has sent me to you.
10“Do not look down on the small amount of work done on the temple so far. The seven eyes of the Lord look over the whole earth. They will see Zerubbabel holding the most important stone. They will be filled with joy when they see it.”
11Then I said to the angel, “I see two olive trees. One is on the right side of the lampstand. The other is on the left. What are these trees?”
12I continued, “I also see two olive branches. They are next to the two gold pipes that pour out golden olive oil. What are these branches?”
13He answered, “Don’t you know what they are?”
“No, sir,” I said.
14So he told me, “They are Zerubbabel and Joshua. The Lord of the whole earth has anointed them to serve him.”
