Ang mga Pagpangumusta ni Pablo
1Karon gusto kong ipaila kaninyo ang atong igsoon nga si Febe. Nagaalagad siya sa iglesia sa Cencrea. 2Dawata ninyo siya isip inyong igsoon sa Ginoo, ug mao gayod kini ang angay ninyong buhaton isip mga anak sa Dios. Tabangi ninyo siya sa iyang mga kinahanglanon, kay daghan ang iyang natabangan. Ako gani natabangan usab niya.
3Ipangumusta ninyo ako kang Priscila ug kang Aquila. Kauban ko sila sa paghago alang kang Cristo Jesus. 4Gitahan nila ang ilang kinabuhi alang kanako; ug dili lang ako ang nagapasalamat kanila, kondili ang tanan usab nga mga iglesia nga dili Judio. 5Kumusta usab sa tanang mga tumutuo nga nagatigom didto sa ilang balay.
Ipangumusta usab ako sa akong hinigugmang higala nga si Epenetus. Siya ang unang mituo kang Cristo sa probinsya sa Asia. 6Kumusta usab kang Maria. 8Ipangumusta usab ako sa akong hinigugma nga higala sa Ginoo nga si Ampliyatus. 9Kumusta usab kang Urbano nga atong kauban nga katabang sa pag-alagad kang Cristo, ug sa akong hinigugmang higala nga si Estaquis. 10Kumusta usab kang Apeles. Bisan daghan ang iyang naagian nga mga pag-antos, wala gayod siya motalikod kang Cristo. Kumusta usab sa panimalay ni Aristobulus, 11kang Herodion nga akong isigka-Judio, ug sa mga anaa sa Ginoo sa panimalay ni Narciso.

Daghan ang iyang nabuhat alang sa Ginoo. 13Kumusta usab kang Rufo. Kini siya inila nga alagad sa Ginoo. Kumusta usab sa iyang inahan. Ang pagtagad niya kanako sama gayod sa usa ka anak. 14Kumusta usab kanila ni Asincritus, Flegonte, Hermes, Patrobas, Hermas, ug sa tanang mga igsoon kang Cristo nga kauban nila. 15Kumusta kanila ni Filologus, Julia, Nereo, ug sa iyang igsoon nga babaye, kang Olimpas, ug sa tanang mga tumutuo nga kauban nila.
16Pagkumustahay kamo isip managsoon kang Cristo.16:16 Pagkumustahay kamo isip managsoon kang Cristo: sa literal, Pagkumustahay kamo nga may balaan nga halok. Ang tanang mga iglesia nga iya ni Cristo nangumusta diha kaninyo.
Ang Kataposang mga Tambag
17Mga igsoon ko kang Cristo, pagbantay kamo sa mga tawo nga maoy hinungdan sa panagbahin-bahin ug nagasamok sa pagtuo sa mga tumutuo. Supak sila sa mga pagtulon-an nga gitudlo kaninyo. Ginapahisalaag nila ang mga tawo nga kulang sa kahibalo pinaagi sa ilang maayo ug madanihon nga mga sinultihan. 19Nabantog ang inyong pagkamatinumanon kang Cristo, busa nalipay gayod ako; apan gusto ko nga magmaalamon kamo mahitungod sa pagbuhat ug maayo, ug inosente mahitungod sa pagbuhat ug daotan. 20Ug sa dili madugay ang Dios nga nagahatag kanato ug kalinaw, mopildi kang Satanas pinaagi kaninyo.

Pagdayeg sa Dios

Greet my dear friend Persis. She is another woman who has worked very hard for the Lord.
13Greet Rufus. He is a chosen believer in the Lord. And greet his mother. She has been like a mother to me too.
14Greet Asyncritus, Phlegon and Hermes. Greet Patrobas, Hermas and the other brothers and sisters with them.
15Greet Philologus, Julia, Nereus and his sister. Greet Olympas and all of the Lord’s people who are with them.
16Greet one another with a holy kiss.

17I am warning you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who try to keep you from staying together. They want to trip you up. They teach you things opposite to what you have learned. Stay away from them. 18People like that are not serving Christ our Lord. They are serving only themselves. With smooth talk and with words they don’t mean they fool people who don’t know any better. 19Everyone has heard that you obey God. So you have filled me with joy. I want you to be wise about what is good. And I want you to have nothing to do with what is evil.
20The God who gives peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.
21Timothy works together with me. He sends his greetings to you. So do Lucius, Jason and Sosipater, my fellow Jews.
22I, Tertius, wrote down this letter. I greet you as a believer in the Lord.

25May God receive glory. He is able to strengthen your faith. He does this in keeping with the good news and the message I preach. It is the message about Jesus Christ. This message is in keeping with the mystery hidden for a very long time. 26The mystery has now been made known through the writings of the prophets. The eternal God commanded that it be made known. God wanted all the Gentiles to obey him by trusting in him. 27May the only wise God receive glory forever through Jesus Christ. Amen.
