Understanding the True Meaning of the Bible - Together
Have you tried to read the Bible, but become frustrated or confused? Do you open your Bible often, but find yourself going back to the same handful of verses each time? Maybe you long to consume God’s Word, but simply get “stuck” whenever you try to read beyond a chapter or two.
Community Bible Experience, will forever change the way you take in Scripture. Designed to be read in large chunks, without chapters and verses, you will become immersed in the Bible and begin to understand the historical context in which it was written. With a group of fellow travelers, you will discuss and wrestle with the meaning of the Bible. And, as the Bible’s true power begins to speak to and through each of you, you will grow closer to each other and to God.
Over eight weeks, you’ll experience the entire New Testament (or large sections of the Old Testament) and share with others your insights, questions and challenges. Together in small group, you will engage in God’s Story for you…and you’ll never be the same.
